Customer service was excellent, the only thing that let you down was when I ordered my set of decks, only 1 arrived. But your customer service responded the following day and I recieved the rest of the decks a few weeks later

Still waiting on part of my order. I was expecting the complete order to give as a Christmas gift. Even if the order is delayed for reasons out of your control, a simple update would be nice.

1st skateboard for my son. It’s a gift from Santa. Board looks awesome. Can’t wait to see his expression on Christmas morning. Looking forward to years of learning and fun

Grate for beginners like myself. Baerrings role grate and wheels are big enough to go over small cracks and bumps. And very well made.

So I had a shipping issue, the shoes I ordered wouldn’t arrive to the address I shipped before our family left for holiday. I communicated with Melissa P. To hopefully change the shipping address, she was extremely helpful and even absorbed the extra shipping charges. Great customer service, I will absolutely shop here again!

Braille Skateboarding is an amazing company with amazing products! We ordered two skateboards and they are really good quality for a fair price. I suggest everyone starts skateboarding with one of there boards. I also really appreciate the daily content there making.
