My experience here is similar to the others. I signed up, and the app would not allow me to sign in........said there was already an account under my credentials. Dah. Still wouldn't let me sign in. I immediately filed a complaint and cancellation. They have been denying me my refund and I've never logged in once.

Misleading subscription practices – be careful

I believe BrainBloom uses confusing subscription practices that make cancellation difficult and result in unwanted charges.

I canceled shortly after subscribing, yet the charge still went through. The process was not transparent, and resolving the issue required unnecessary effort.

Consumers should be clearly informed about billing terms, cancellation deadlines, and refund policies. My experience did not reflect fair or transparent business practices.

I encourage others to review subscription terms carefully before signing up.

Don't use BrainBloom. As other reviews attest, they rip you off. In my case, I followed their directions to cancel my subscription, and they continued to bill me for two months. I was unable to cancel their billing and had to cancel my credit card. I then sought a refund and they say no refunds are allowed. DON'T USE.
