Took advantage of my 93 year old mom and did not refund her purchase when she returned the product. Buyer beware.

Do not be taken in, like I was, by the fake Bill Gates presentation, or similar ones with other celebrities. The Brain Honey people are amongst the worst low-life scammers by exploiting people suffering from dementia, and their carers.

I bought 3 bottles of Brainhoney in May. It contained an ingredient I could not ingest due to a reaction with one of my medications so I needed to return it.
I called them about returning the unopened product. They explained how to return it and within a short time I would receive a refund. First I would receive an email indicating that my product had been received at the warehouse and then I would have what I need to request my refund. Three weeks later, no email arrived. When I called to ask for my refund they told me I had to provide the tracking number. I lost it, and they said there is no other way to confirm that they received my order without a tracking number. They claim easy returns for full refunds. This is a scam. They never send the email confirmation and they take $50 off the payment to process the refund. Do not order this product because if you decide to return it you will not get your full refund.

I must have had a day of weakness, because I fell for this scam.
These capsules do absolutely nothing but take up room in my med cabinet.
They are completely worthless.
Looks like their money back guarantee is non-existent, like their website is now. It’s gone.
Do not give these scammers any of your money.

Total scam! Deceptive marketing, using an AI generated Bill Gates promoting the product on Facebook.

An extremely long video, with details to convince specialists, not patients. There is a lot of "concern" about the high costs of treatment for people with Alzheimer's or Senile Dementia, but the final price for the client is VERY EXPENSIVE, it is not "accessible" in any way. People need medicines within their reach, not "miracles" that are equally expensive and without much guarantee. This offer is the same as others, trying to take money from you with a promise, not with verifiable results.

FAKE COMPANY AND FAKE PRODUCT... DO NOT BUY. THEY FAKE HEALTH CLAIMS AND USE BAD INGREDIENTS THAT WILL CAUSE SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUE.

The promotion is AI generated using famous scientists and Bill Gates as promotionals. It is a vitamin pill on steroids, so to speak. Very high doses of vitamins and minerals which may endanger your health. No natural ingredients.
