BrainStation has always been a place for me to learn and find community. They really do put in the effort to teach what is relevant and hire engaging industry working professionals from great companies like Deliveroo and Monzo to teach their courses. Highly recommend!

BrainStation- This Summer I joined BrainStation Station for their Digital Marketing Course. This was a great course where you’re set a project to work on alongside the course which you will be marked on at the end. This touched on all foundations that a didgital marketer needs and the tutors were professionals from TIk Tok and Amazon. Sharing their experience and knowledge with us. I will definitely recommend BrainStation and will look forward to signing up for another course in the future. Thank you BrainStation Team especially Sally who helped me sign up and achieve my goals for 2025!

They want to sell you a course, and that's it. Might be a good idea if you don't have any clue, but everything they explain is already on internet, you can literally learn UI UX Design by yourself. My idea with the course it was to create connections, networking and improving my skills, but once you finish your course. Ghosting happens, no network access, they don't drive you as they promise you for Spotify, Google, Uber roles. You pay, that's done. I wouldn't suggest spending money on an expensive course that you can get all the knowledge from youtube, books, linkedin, AI.

I recently completed the Artificial Intelligence course in London with the goal of improving my knowledge and skills in this area so I can implement meaningful change at my company. The instructors leading the course were great - both were very knowledgeable and personable, breaking down complex topics into easy to understand chunks and consistently relating theory back to real world application. The course was interactive and engaging and I received great support from the Brainstation team throughout, including the tutors making themselves available outside of class for any questions. Additionally the feedback provided on my real world project as part of the final assessment was invaluable. I'd recommend this course for anybody looking to develop a practical understanding of how Generative AI works to better utilise it.

Would recommend for people who want to get into UX. I got involved through work and wanted to learn more.
Very fast paced but I really enjoyed it. Both tutors have strong industry experience. They used real examples, shared their own practices, and gave clear, practical feedback on my work (not just generic tips). I always felt comfortable asking questions and get useful answers. Also a good chance to learn from classmates from different backgrounds.
Everyone at BrainStation was welcoming and helpful. And their industry insider talks were a nice extra on top of the class and great for social networking.

I recently completed the online Marketing Leadership Certification and found it to be a really positive experience. Although it was a lot of information to absorb, the course was structured really well and we covered a lot of ground in the eight sessions we did. I really enjoyed being given tasks to work on in breakout groups as this helped me to put the knowledge I'd gained into practice. It was also great to meet the other course participants as they were from a range of backgrounds and industries. The course leader Sandra was incredibly knowledgeable and held the space well and with good humour. Would really recommend this to anyone looking to take their marketing career and knowledge to the next level!

Overall, I’d rate BrainStation’s Data Analytics course in London as 4/5. It’s a well-structured programme that covers a lot of ground quickly, and I appreciated the logical flow of the content and the opportunity to collaborate with classmates from diverse backgrounds. Having access to slides in advance was essential, and the tutors were knowledgeable and supportive.

There are a few things to be aware of going in. The pace is fast, and it can feel like a lot to absorb. Evening sessions can also be tough, especially when starting complex tasks late in the evening that requires concentration. That said, you can message the tutors via Slack for help and the screen-recorded walkthroughs for the homework (not sure if each tutor will do this though) were very helpful. I’d recommend the course to anyone who’s prepared to do the extra work outside of class to keep up.

I regret enrolling in BrainStation’s digital marketing course. The material was extremely basic — most of it can be found for free online. It felt more like a cash grab than a valuable educational experience. They seem more focused on collecting payments than actually helping students grow. There was very little personalized support or depth in the lessons.

To make matters worse, I tried contacting them to cancel future classes I didn’t plan to attend — they never answered my calls or responded. Despite that, they continued charging my card without my consent, even though they can clearly see I didn’t attend the classes.

If you’re already familiar with basic marketing concepts or expect genuine support, this course is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhe

I recently attended another brilliant on-site event at BrainStation London — this time, a Marketing Evening featuring Sweaty Betty’s Head of Analytics and Insights, Jad Freiha. The session was insightful, current, and packed with valuable takeaways around the use of AI in the corporate world.

Jad broke down the challenges and opportunities of AI adoption with clarity and honesty. From understanding when to use AI (hint: what problem are you solving?) to the importance of curiosity, experimentation, and leadership-driven culture — it was a refreshing and empowering discussion.

Some standout points:
• Adoption is the challenge — not the tools
• Curiosity is the key to breaking fear
• Discovery happens through experimentation
• You need early adopters to build momentum
• Real innovation requires permission to play with AI

BrainStation was a great experience. The UX design course was intense and fast-paced. It really did feel overwhelming at times, especially when diving into new concepts, tools and converting all that new knowledge into practice right away.

The tutors were knowledgeable and supportive all through the process, and the ongoing support from the BrainStation team even after the course ended has been brilliant. They stay engaged, offering career support to keep you motivated and challenged as you take your next steps.

If you're serious about starting a career in UX, this is a solid place to begin

Brainstation is awesome when it comes to being taught by industry experts. I took the part-time evening UX Design course with Brainstation and feel it has boosted me with the confidence I need to bridge my educational gap and land a UX Design job. I would recommend trying out their free UX Design - Intro Day first.

Horribly structured program, teachers with limited experience who don’t know what they are teaching. Spent the majority of the program watching the teacher learn to use the tools in-front of us. Raised my concerns with the program coordinator only to be told they don’t record the sessions so they can’t check and nothing would be done about this. Not worth it even free.

The digital marketing course was not only a disappointment, but it mentioned that this course would be suitable for people already working in marketing to upskill... well this was not the case! It was the most basic course and I did not learn anything new, in fact it was dated and old content.

It felt like a massive waste of time and therefore agreed with the tutor that I wouldn't attend the remaining classes.

All this company 'college' is interested in is your money... they don't care if you didn't like the course or any of the feedback I gave was brushed off....

AVOID at all costs!!!

If you are a complete beginner - learn the basics online, there are a ton of FREE courses that are way better!

Despite completing all required tasks and receiving assurances about my submission's quality, I was informed of the rejection without explanation. Requests for feedback were denied, leaving me concerned about the fairness and transparency of your admission process.
I urge you to review your protocols to ensure fairness and transparency for all applicants.
Really disappointing service and experience.
