Very prompt delivery. This is second item bought from Brandecosse and we are very pleased with the quality and service provided

Love my boots immediately comfortable
Great customer service with a smile !
Thank you

The quality and craftsmanship of these boots stood out online let alone when in hand. They’re massively thought out and constructed to last and massively comfortable and stylish! Service was impeccable, and they arrived a day earlier which ended up being perfect timing!

Happy with the boots so fair but paid for 1-2 working day delivery and didn’t come for over a week after I had to get back in contact!
I was offered a refund on the postage or a time of you boot wax which I said il have the wax but I a yet to see that and it’s been 2 more weeks!

I walked around Thailand and Cambodia in the Capriolo boots. Most comfortable boots I have worn. No blisters. I shall attempt the Camino now with confidence

Fantastic business with excellent customer service. The shopping was fast too. Very happy and will use again!

They were delivered very quickly and
they were just what I was looking for.

Once again, spot sizing advice from Mark, a fantastic pair of boots, and great service. Thank you for a great product.

Quick delivery, great boots

This pair was for my wife, I've had a pair for six years and wouldn't swap them for any other, you can wear these all day shooting and walking and at the end of your day noce you've taken them off you want to put them back on,
I'm 64 been farming and hunting for most of it I recommend them 100%

Prompt delivery, as promised. Comfortable straight out of the box. Awesome boots.

From speaking to the lady on the phone regarding which boots to get and then receiving my boots, which are fantastic, so comfy, cannot give enough praise to the team Brandecosse 👍🏻

Having suffered with painful feet over the last three years and having tried several different makes of boots, I came across this company at the Highland show, after telling a member of staff about my feet he directed me to these boots.
The price made me apprehensive but the following day I was working and decided that it was to painful ,, I ordered my boots on line and had them within two days , they have changed my life and now I wear them all day everyday with no pain, all my foot ware will now come from brandeccosse no matter the cost,,,, you can’t put a price on being able to walk thank you.

Pure quality boots, super comfortable, super durable - and delivered super fast

Ordered my Capriola shoes and there was a mixup with the postman dropping the wrong parcel.( I was on my way out and didn’t check). Then phoned the company and the lady answered just after 5 pm to see if she could track my parcel to see where it had been delivered, she was fantastic, couldn’t do enough to assist. The postman brought the correct parcel containing my shoes later that day. Shoes fit true to size, I’ve had Lowa, Meindle, Scarpa and many others but will stay with these now- service is excellent.

As always, very straightforward ordering and prompt delivery of the boots at the promised time. The proof and protect was despatched separately from the office and dependant on the vagaries of the postal system.
This would not have been a problem had I known that all Brandecosse suede boots are pre-treated so i could have worn them straightaway.
In use, the capriola boots are comfortable out of the box and require no breaking in. Ankle support - important to me - is adequate and the boots are much lighter than the range of Brandecosse leather boots I already own, perfect in fact for the current warm weather and the approaching summer months.

Easy to order and delivered quickly. The boot itself is lightweight and very comfortable
