I was skeptical about ordering from here like I am anywhere, I ordered on a weekend and my parcel came by Tuesday. Quicker than normal other retailers, and honestly the quality of the clothes, I mean... もっず芋る

Absolutely inlove ❀ with my Ugg cloggs They arrived in good time. Have also purchased trainers from the Vault Au before so know they won’t disappoint.

Terrible service

Ordered a pair of shorts from branded vault for my holidays, original service was really good however the shorts came and they sent the wrong size accidentally, they then said they would sort it out and send the right size, they then started taking days to reply and 2 and a half weeks later they are now saying they don’t have the mediums in stock. I have messaged multiple times since they confirmed that and I’ve had no response so not only have they not replaced the shorts to shorts that fit they haven’t given me a refund either. So now £75 out of pocket due to branded vaults error.

Do not order off this website, waiting 3 months for my clothing and are ignoring texts now. Complete scam

Please contact us on +44 7754 907544, We have looked at your order and it is a republic of Ireland order which we have had problems with shipping too, due to customs charges from the UK. we now no longer deliver to Republic of Ireland because of this

WARNING - Do not order!

Placed an order the first week of Jan 2026 and paid as requested. Here we are some 3 months later and no goods nor a refund. Total scammers so beware!!
