These people are great. Especially Mary. They are very helpful and supply really good quality furniture at great prices. I would certainly recommend them.

Came to preston store today and was greeted by a lovely young woman named Chloe who was ever so helpful she explained many different kinds of mattresses which suited my needs best thank you Chloe and also Sarah for your excellent customer service I will be retuning in the future

The staff were really friendly. Very polite and professional. Didn't jump straight on you, allowed you to browse and approach them if you required help.

Love the Rawtenstall branch, always helpful and friendly staff.
Good selection of items, can order for delivery and some genuinely great prices to be had!

Quality furniture at fantastic prices. Bought a glass cabinet and a nest of tables. Staff were so helpful and put these aside with a deposit. We wish we’d visited before we bought a sofa elsewhere; we would have saved hundreds £££ !

My wife and I have been searching everywhere for a new sofa , all the usual big named outlets and they were either push or couldn't care less even though we were cash buyers.
We tried Brand Interiors in Colne and I have never come across such a helpful and polite sales person as Katie.
We found the perfect sofa but sadly it was reserved. She double checked and contacted us within 30 minutes to clarify the sofa had been sold then searched the other branches and rang me to let me there was no more in stock.
She gave me all the details so we could try elsewhere, we even contacted the manufacturer with no luck.
Later that day she called me back to say there was another of the model but different colour than we wanted coming in later that week and she would send a picture when it arrived.
We are going over to take a look after receiving the picture.
Why can other stores not give such excellent customer service.
Thanks to Katie, Brand interiors in Colne will be out first place we call even though it's 20 miles away.

Excellent customer service, high-quality products at amazing Prices, vast choice of products to choose from. We purchased a sofa and chair, during their excellent sale. The delivery men were very helpful, came at the time stated, and were very professional. Would highly recommend this company and we will definitely be using them again.

Recently visited the Colne store. Plenty of stock. Friendly staff who let us look at our leisure, without feeling pressured.

We have been Brand Interiors customers for a few years and have had some great bargains. Most recent purchase of a bed in Skipton branch was very straightforward . Staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Excellent selection of fabrics for bed base and headboard, free headboard and 10% off in addition! Excellent communication from staff once order was in store. Would recommend Brand Interiors highly.

I picked up an M&S sofa bed from the Oswaldtwistle store in an emergency and was able to take it away with me straight away. I also bought plenty from the Rawtenstall store, and the staff are always happy to help, even when busy.

Bought a sofa and cuddle chair from the Wakefield store, when buying we was given the measurements of the sofa after getting home we measured the floor to ceiling to make sure it would fit called the store and was told it would go in. Well turns out it won’t! Called the store and told sorry no refunds no exchanges as the store is closing Friday this left a sofa in my doorway! Partner went to the store the same day and was told that we had 2 choices she could take back the sofa and try and sell it over the weekend but no refund or she could try sell it to one of the other store he was told they were closing permanently the following Tuesday On the Friday afternoon went back to the store to let her know our decision only to find the store has now closed permanently. So what if we had delivered it back to her? No sofa and £600 short? It wouldn’t be so bad if she hadn’t have lied and said she would try and help, asked her to send photos of the sofa as it won’t fit so can’t unwrap to sell ourself this was also never done! STAY AWAY YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY AND BE LIED TO!

Absolute rubbish. Ordered a lamp
Table two months ago and still haven’t received it. Stockport keep fobbing me off and say they will ring back but they don’t. Tried head office and Stockport this morning and no one answered!

I ordered two weeks ago, and today had a message to say that they aren't actually in stock! No mention of this on the website, or when ordering!

This piece of furniture is an absolute scam. When you look at it on the website the shelves give the appearance of being quite thick and sturdy unfortunately this is just a little plinth at the front edge of the shelf to give the appearance but the shelf itself is really thin. The Oak top itself is a joke. It isn't actually a top it's just made up of a three sided plinth leaving the actual top recessed.
If I could be bothered with the actual hassle I would have sent it back and asked my money back.
I won't be buying from this company again.

Really terrible customer service. The ladies opening the shop were 20 minutes late (the opening time said 10.00 and we were sat outside waiting). As they opened up, they didn’t have the courtesy to say good morning and when we asked them for some help with questions about a bedside table, they were rude and dismissive. We were looking to buy a bookcase, bedside table and a nest of tables - but they lost our business as a result of their unhelpful and unprofessional customer service. I’d suggest they need some training!
