HR practices are a big red flag -
Extremely low salaries are offered in its Pakistan (Lahore wing).
Even below market rate as of 2026.
The recruiters are not professionally competent enough to deal with candidates.
Here are a few details:
1. HR representatives force the applicants to post positive reviews on the company profile.
2. They threatened me through unsolicited messages via whatsapp using pressure tactics to remove reviews which are based on genuine experience with all evidence posted.

Six months with Brandixsoft has transformed how new clients find my Leeds photography studio, and the numbers tell the story better than I can. Here's what it's worth in real terms: I no longer spend a penny on Google Ads. I can see my competitors paying hand over fist for the top spots — I'm climbing there organically instead. The cost-benefit is a no-brainer.
Beyond the SEO and content, they optimised the site itself — including sorting out a homepage hero video I'd been wrestling with for ages. It sits and plays perfectly now.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with this company, I feel I have a responsibility to warn other business owners.

I worked with them for over nine months and, in my experience, it was one of the worst business decisions I have ever made. During that time, I spent well over £12,000, yet instead of helping my business grow, I was left dealing with significant financial losses, wasted time, and an enormous amount of stress.

One of my biggest concerns was that the company presented itself as being UK-based, but I later discovered that the work was actually being carried out from India. Had this been made completely transparent from the beginning, I would have been able to make a properly informed decision.

The SEO service I received failed to deliver the results I was promised, despite the substantial monthly fees I was paying. When I eventually decided to end our working relationship, the experience became even more difficult. Instead of receiving professional support during the transition, I was left feeling that my business was being actively hindered rather than helped.

I also discovered software and website changes that I believe were not in my business’s best interests. From my perspective, these changes had a serious negative impact on my website and the way potential customers reached my business.

I’ve worked with overseas companies before and have had excellent experiences, so this review is not about where a company is based. It is about honesty, professionalism, transparency, and the quality of service provided.

If you are considering hiring this company to manage your website or SEO, I strongly encourage you to carry out extensive due diligence, ask detailed questions, and ensure you retain full control of your website, hosting, domain, analytics, and all associated accounts before signing any agreement.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise other business owners to look elsewhere.
