I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the non-payment of my rightful funds, which have now been outstanding for over one year.
I initially contacted Mr. Arsalan Haroon, who represented himself as being associated with Brandock (Brand Doc), for certain services related to my USA account. During our discussions, I clearly stated that I did not wish to work with any third party and preferred to proceed directly through the company.
However, despite my clear refusal, Mr. Arsalan Haroon repeatedly insisted and persuaded me to proceed with a third party, Mr. Abdul Rehman, assuring me that he was more reliable and capable than the company itself and would deliver better results at a lower cost.
Relying on these representations, I transferred payment to Mr. Abdul Rehman. After receiving the payment, he failed to deliver the agreed services and has since ceased all communication. Additionally, Mr. Arsalan Haroon has also failed to respond to my repeated calls and messages regarding this matter.
Despite multiple follow-ups over several months, including assurances made prior to Ramadan that my payment would be refunded (even in installments), no amount has been returned to date. It has now been more than one year since I first requested repayment.
I also approached Brandock directly, where I was informed that Mr. Arsalan Haroon was no longer associated with the company. However, conflicting information has been received, which raises concerns regarding the accuracy of this claim.
This situation has caused me significant financial loss and distress. I have exercised patience and professionalism throughout, but the continued lack of response remains unresolved.
I hereby request the immediate return of my full payment.
I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.

Fraud Alert – Do Not Deal With This Company
This is a fraud log and public warning.
I contacted Arsalan Haroon, a member of Brandock, for services related to my USA account. He told me that this company charges very high rates and claimed he could connect me with someone outside the company who would do the same work for less money. He also said that the company itself does not provide good-quality work.
Despite my hesitation and repeated concerns, Arsalan Haroon introduced me to Abdul Rehman. Based on Arsalan’s assurance, I transferred money to Abdul Rehman. After receiving the payment, Abdul Rehman disappeared and took my money.
Now, neither Arsalan Haroon nor Abdul Rehman is responding to my calls or messages.
This is clear cheating and fraud.
Do not deal with this company or these individuals.
I will be attaching pictures of all the people involved in this matter as proof.
I am demanding my money back. This was my hard-earned, honest income — not money earned by scamming others like you people do.
I will also be posting this case on Voice of Customer and, if needed, in USA and UK groups with complete evidence. I waited for months patiently and respectfully, hoping you would return my money on your own and fear Allah, but that did not happen.
Now I am left with no choice but to expose this fraud publicly.
Everyone involved in this matter — Brandock, Abdul Rehman, Arsalan Haroon, and Abdul Sami — is responsible.
Return my money immediately and resolve this issue before it escalates further.

One of the Worst Experiences – Please Be Cautious

I had a very disappointing experience with BrandDoc. They misrepresent data and mislead sellers, especially those who are new or inexperienced.

During the onboarding process, they present inflated or misleading statistics, showing profit calculations based on the highest price points, rather than the actual selling price, which stays stable most of the time. In reality, the margins are very low or even negative.

It feels like a trap, especially for new sellers who may not yet understand how to verify these figures. What’s promised or shown at the start doesn’t reflect the real outcomes.

I strongly recommend doing your own research and seeking independent verification before working with BrandDoc. Don't fall for the sales pitch—the reality is very different.

Your representatives were quite candid and persuassive

Excellent dealing with commitment and professionalism.

The commitment to task was worth mentioning. Though the product delivery took longer than planned period the product quality made up for the delay.

Our experience with Brandock has been simply fantastic.We entrusted them with the task of launching our brand from scratch on Amazon UK, and from day one, it was a breeze.
