Really friendly staff who helped lift equipment in and out of my car. Lawn aerator hired was in perfect condition when collected and did a great job hollow coring my lawn. Highly recommended.

Allowed extra time
I had a small issue with the item that I hired but the team allowed me to come and replace it with a new one and got me working again. Due to the delay caused they allowed me extra time with the item.

Terrible service hired for my 87 year…
Terrible service hired for my 87 year old mother. The delivery driver set it up for her. Was faulty and burnt her carpet. Reply was she should have gone online and read the instructions and not put it on a carpet. How do they expect a 87 year old to do this .
Said my mother would have to claim her own insurance for carpet.

Excellent customer service after not receiving correct product
Liam at the Edinburgh depot went above and beyond to help sort out a second generator for our event as the one I was given was not the small, suitcase one I was expecting. He arranged for me to collect it after a few days from another depot and kept me up to date along the way.

Great service from amazing staff
Staff are very friendly and eager to help as much as possible. I tried National Tool Hire (an online tool hire company) but they cancelled my delivery a day before the hire period. So I went to Brandon Hire Station who assisted me greatly and were amazing. I highly recommend Brandon Hire Station and should have gone to them first as they were so helpful and understanding. Great people and great service, would highly recommend.
