I tried to hire a piece of equipment…
I tried to hire a piece of equipment from the Darnley branch. Over the course of a week I have called the office 5 times and spoke to employees none of whom could tell me if and when I could get the equipment. All stated they would call me back, none did. Still cannot get the item required and will not use Brandon Hire Station in the future. Extremely poor service.

Great service from the team
Great service from the team. First dehumidifier didn’t work, swapped it over and gave additional days for lost time and inconvenience of having to return.

Have caused me quite a bit of bother
I don't know if these guys are just severely understaffed, they're dead on to speak to and maybe mean well but... Equipment was not picked up until weeks after off-hire. Site had long closed by then so we had to store it until they eventually came to pick it up. Had to call multiple times to remind them to do so. Then they tried to charge us for the period in which they failed to collect it. We're looking for a different supplier now...

Machines didn’t work and had them…
Machines didn’t work and had them changed. Lots of chasing up. New machine which extracted only 1.5 buckets of water. Unfit machinery for hire. Have left multiple messages and been ignored. I want a refund. Got a machine from a colleague and it’s getting 20 lites a day. I’ve been charged over £300 and it’s shameful!
