fast easy service staff friendly and helpful

Horrendous. Will not be using again. Ordered on behalf of company for dehumidifier to be delivered to site following a substantial leak. Delivery driver would not release rented dehumidifier to company representative on site, with ID. Release of the product without the cardholder being present is "at the discretion of the branch manager". The branch manager chose not to release the product. Key word, chose. My national company and i, with hundreds of sites, will not be using this company again.

Good communication, delivery and collection of hire equipment on time and good value.

Great service, reasonable price. Some issues with extending an on-line hire, but resolved quickly.

Ordered for a drum sander and edge sander kit to get floors done this weekend. Paid for delivery and waited in all Saturday to arrive. No contact from anyone. I get to 4pm and think I should ring them to see what's going on only to find they all clock off at 12 on a Saturday and don't reopen till Monday. This was my only weekend free for 6 weeks to get this work done, so not only have I wasted a day waiting in, I now can't complete the job for 6 weeks. Fuming. Triple checked the order details and all good my end. How can you forget about an entire order? Avoid at all costs if you care about your order being delivered when you ask for it. Happy to take my money, don't seem to care about following through on their side.

Helpful service and efficient delivery of the hire equipment. They also contacted us to let us know we had forgotten to order sone ancillary items we also needed for the job and sorted these out for us.

Quick and easy ordering of a scaffold tower. Really good at changing dates at very short notice. Delivery and collection process straightforward even though the delivery point on site wasn’t easy.

Excellent customer service from the team on collection and return, very friendly too. Very easy booking system online.

We hired a cutter for the weekend. Twice we arranged to meet the driver for collection at the property and Brandon hire did not turn up. One hour round trip wasted each time. We were then contacted by Brandon hire informing us that the hire period had expired and asking is how we wanted to pay for the extension. Very poor experience.

Counter staff were very helpful when I had MIS-calculated the weight of the log splitter and how I was intending to transport it. They were able to add it to a delivery which meant I still had the item onsite in under 2 hours.

Super friendly snd efficient service. The generator worked tirelessly all day, no complaints here.

Happened to have an issue but was quickly addressed so you can't say fairer than that. I will continue to use this company and would recommend Brandon hire. Equipment was in great condition and customer care was very good. John the manager at Gloucester is a nice chap and a good representation of the business.

Hired a couple of weekend ago, excellent Scottish guy John served me. Quality service and lovely bloke! Equiptment clean abs in good working order. Would recommend.
