They were friendly and helpful. Helped me to get the wacker plate into the car. Good pricing and well maintained equipment. Available immediately. I would recommend and use them again.

I've hired a petrol post hole borer and…
I've hired a petrol post hole borer and requested 200mm borer. The machine was delivered with 150mm, the delivery guy rang the office to check if it's by mistake and was told 200mm. was not available?!?! He then said it is up to me if I want to use it or not?!?! I had planned my work so I had no other choice but to use the 150mm borer and then do the rest by hand. But you ask yourself why they accept the order if they can't fulfil it?
The machine was in very poor condition! Basically can't start the engine. Took ages to try and make it run! The machine came with no instructions, the delivery guy had no idea how to operate it so it was up to me to research and waste time on how the machine operates! They have charged me for 2 stroke oil which I couldn't use as the machine came with petrol in the tank (I guess it was already premixed).Then why charge me extra for oil that I don't need? It was added automatically so you have no option. At this point I still haven't finished my job as like I said the machine doesn't work properly. Let's hope I can finish by the end of the day. The machine and the service is not worth the £130 they have charged me! I would stay away from this company.....

Easy to arrange, good customer service, reliable, flexible and very helpful, nothing is a bother! Great value and much better priced than the large hire companies.

I rang the store to book a dehumidifier. I was told there was one available but had to book online. I then booked online and paid. Then later received a message saying there was none in stock. Just a waste of my time!!

Needed to hire acoustic barrier to keep the neighbours happy(er). Brandon were great helping me through what I needed order and when one piece was missing the Newcastle team got the bits here the same day. Great customer experience.
