Great delivery service

Great condition equipment. Chose delivery and it arrived on time. Really nice drivers. Cannot fault the service.

Easy to navigate website and to place order. Excellent updates and communication. Delivery was on time and delivered by the most friendly, helpful driver. Had to make a second order and I was just as impressed again. Thank you so much.

Easy ordering through the website, backed up with excellent call centre and branch staff (especially delivery driver). Good equipment at fair price. Reliable on delivery, no need to use two bit local companies anymore. Excellent all round, not easy to find in this day and age.

I hired 2 diggers from them for 2 projects, one order was cancelled due to that they do not have in stock, £76 insurance was down to the drainage.

Another digger was delivered late as they do not have in stock, and they still work on the cost on the day it should have been delivered, not the actual delivery date.

They requested collection on 16 Aug, I asked them to extend the hire for one week and paid the money. This turns out that they asked more money, they initially said the money was paid till 17 Aug, after I emailed the collection request email on 16 Aug, they claimed the hire is till 21 Aug.

They are asking for more payment on 22 Aug, while I have paid one week hire on 16 Aug.

Too much hassle.

Ordered a conservatory ladder on line was showing in stock, but had a phone call too say it wasn’t and maybe delayed but they would try and locate one, I got another phone call the same day too say they had located one which was delivered on time (fantastic) delivery was good and so was the collection would definitely recommend them.

Hired a cement mixer for a few days. Very helpful staff and was able to extend hire period with no issues at all. Highly recommend

Very pleased with hiring experience - needed to hire a floor sander for a weekend. Was able to pick up Friday morning and drop back Monday lunchtime for the first of a weekend hire. Booked online - process very easy and staff very helpful. Would use again.

You get one star because I wasted money hiring a tile lifter that was not suited to my requirements.
I worked as a chartered marketer for several years and have written content for many websites. In my professional opinion, your product description about what that tool can and cannot do is inadequate.
