We will never use them again. A same day hire turned up at 3pm and then didn't get collected for 3days. The attitude of the staff when I called was appalling.

Easy to book, affordable. Smooth service and helpful, accommodating staff. Couldn't fault them.

Really friendly and helpful staff, I hired a sander for a house I've bought and they showed me how to use the equipment and helped carry it to the car. Would definitely recommend them

Easy procedure to hire online & the staff at the shop couldn't have been more helpful. Top marks all round.

I hired a nail gun together with a fuel cell and the nails.
The fuel cell had instructions of how to fit it to the nail gun but it was impossible to do. After wasting fuel and a lot of time I returned to the depot to ask how it was done. The 2 people behind the desks did not know, but a maintenace guy in the back came out and said the top part of the fuel cell attachment was not used. After disposing of it it was OK but now there was not enough fuel laeft in the cell to fire all the nails and I had to screw many parts together. No-one could have figured that out unless he had used it before - not even 2 of the staff. Please have appropriate instructions with your equipment.

Used both instore collection and delivery for some Acros and staging. Excellent customer service very friendly and helpful. Online ordering is very easy including hire extension which I needed. Would use again without hesitation.

Hired a rotavator at short notice. Great service and very friendly delivery driver. Never used before but will certainly use again as whole process was problem and stress free.
