Quick and easy helpfull staff

Very polite staff, great service, easy process to book items and easy return. Would definitely use again.

What super service we received for a last minute need of a generator. Called the night before 1 min before closing and the most helpful guy said just come in at 7 and we’re sort for you. Turned up at 7 and oh my every member of staff were so friendly helpful what a joy is all I can say. Highly recommend what a great place to visit!! If you need anyone in accounts let me know looks like a fantastic place to work!!! Super service all of you! Vanessa & Wayne

Great service. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Used to be brilliant but now terrible. They don’t answer the phone in Wimborne nor do they listen to messages & respond to them. The collecting driver walked past the genie lift he had to collect & we found him wandering around the site. When challenged he said I called you,are you deaf? Rude obnoxious individual.

What a great service, from start to finish. Very friendly and polite team, from hiring over the phone to the prompt delivery and collection. Competitively priced. Hired a micro digger at short notice. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you so much.

Great service from the Wimborne team. Very flexible and helpful to assist and sort out a collection situation! Delivery driver explained everything so the hire went very smoothly. Use Wimborne BH to hire garden equipment/log splitters once, twice a year always provide an excellent service

Charged me 2 days hire for 4 hours. Do not book on their website. Rip off

The staff were very welcoming and handled my hire order very efficiently. They offered me all the health and safety information effectively. I will certainly use this branch again.

Needed to rent a stump grinder from the Wimborne branch over the weekend and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I emailed Andy at the branch and he responded very quickly. Andy also offered to deliver and then collect which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend the branch at Wimborne their customer service and friendly attitude was excellent.

Hired a disc-cutter for a two day job but due to faults with the tool and weekend opening hours my job ran over significantly.
1) on the day of hire the guard (inside of) was so full of caked on muck that it couldn't fit the 350mm disc. Only realised when trying to fit the disc had to return to hire site and wait an hour for it to be chiselled out.
2) had to work on the Saturday to catch up on the job but starter cord ripped. Brandon not open at weekend or offering any support.
3) Had to take back to hire site Monday morning and wait for the cord to be repaired

The staff at the location blamed Blandford for not maintaining the tool.

Poor quality tool, terrible customer experience, staff blaming others and not taking accountability as point of contact with the customer. No out of hours support for faulty tools and equipment. Ultimately this cost me time and money when it should have saved me time.

The lads in the shop were fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful. They got the tool I needed from another store and offered to deliver as well. Will be back the next time I need anything!

Very easy to hire from. The online forms are easy to navigate. The staff are pleasant and professional. I was shown how to operate the equipment. Just a couple of minor gripes; too much paperwork given( basically copies of the online agreements and had a standard charge of just over a fiver for a tank of fuel which couldn’t have been much more than a litre. It’s petrol not champagne!!!!

I hired a floor sander and the guys at Brandon Hire Station were incredibly helpful. I was actually about to purchase the wrong sandpaper, which I thought I needed, and the staff informed me of what I required and gave me some great advice which made my floors turn out great! will definitely use again.

Hiring and booking online was very easy and convenient. I did unfortunately have a problem with collection which was my fault not Brandon Hire's but despite that Caroline in customer service was excellent. She was extremely helpful and very quick to sort things out for me. Many thanks.

Great tool, just took longer than agreed for collection, meaning I missed an appointment waiting in for two days.

First time using, these boys know their stuff and couldn’t be more helpful to the first timer. Already been back for more stuff and highly recommend
