Good delivery and collection. Goods worked and were in good working order. I only booked for one day but they extended for another two days with no quibbles at all. Excellent service.

I hired 2 wacker plates on 2 different occasions and on both occasions the equipment didn't work. There is no customer service line to call during out of hours, weekends or Bank Holidays so I paid for something I couldn't use and nobody to tell of my problems. A waste of time and money.

Equipment not stocked?
Easy online booking and payment process - to be rung the day before the job to be informed they didn't actually stock the kit I needed. While the customer agreed to pay the extra for hire from another company, its all a bit professionally embarrassing.
Took nearly a week to get the original payment back too.

Excellent Service at a Low Cost
Having been searching around for a Turf Cutter, I settled on one on offer from Brandon Hire Station Yeovil. The staff were very helpful indeed and the delivery and collection service was perfect. All this at a very surprisingly low cost. I know where to go future for tool hire.
