It worked well and dealt with the stumps as required. The brake was awkward to apply and the lever sometimes jumped out and had to be re-set. The starter cord broke and there was an overnight delay until it could be fixed.

Our Petrol Tree Stump Grinder is a robust and efficient machine designed for the removal of tree stumps in both residential and commercial settings. It combines ease of use with powerful performance, making it a favourite choice among landscapers, arborists, and property maintenance professionals. Features Include Honda GX390 petrol engine, that delivers consistent power, ensuring smooth and efficient stump grinding. Heavy-duty cutting wheel fitted with tungsten carbide-tipped teeth, capable of tackling even the toughest stumps with ease. Ergonomic and adjustable handlebar that provides added comfort and control during operation. Essential safety mechanisms like a cutting wheel guard and an emergency stop switch to protect the operator. Please note, this equipment must never be used on wet or muddy grass (poor traction may cause you to slip), on gradients of 10° or more, and on newly created stumps (dried out stumps are easier to grind).

Excellent piece of kit that did the job. One thing to bear in mind for anyone hiring it is that it's quite heavy to wheel around, it would be better if it was motorised for moving, other than that cracking tool that did what I hired it for.

Powerful machine, quite heavy to operate. Weight also needs to be borne in mind when transporting. Chomped its way through 3 stumps very quickly. Would definitely hire again

Bit of a beast. Did 9 big stumps with ease, need to be strong enough to manoeuvre it though.

Powerful piece of kit that was more than capable for the job I had. A challenge at times to wield due to its size and power but I managed to get the job done.

Bit of a beast of a machine, takes some handling. Had three large stumps and a number of smaller ones. I would never have got them out by hand. The machine makes light work of the tree stumps but you still know you have done a days work. Definately needed the full weekend hire. Had a couple of issues with the grinder but customer service was excellent

Heavy to use particularly getting machine up hill, however, very effective at grinding large stumps of approximately 3 feet in diameter to below ground level. Small stumps ground in 15-20 minutes. A smaller stump grinder would not have managed the job. I would recommend this appliance for any heavy duty grinding.
