Absolutely bad service. Today I received a parcel from Tata Steel Company which they were sending through Brandpoint Communication. When I went to pick up the parcel, I found that the OTP was not created. The delivery boy and the delivery company gave me 2 hours to contact them and arrange the OTP. When I tried to contact the company, they hung up the phone.I didn't get the item I needed for this Usales company on time. I may have to order again.
