My experience with Brandshield has been extremely disappointing. Instead of attempting to communicate directly with the owner to clarify any concerns, Brandshield immediately resorts to contacting registrars and platform providers. This approach feels more like harassment, creating unnecessary disruption and pressure without giving the affected party a fair opportunity to respond.

A professional organization should prioritize transparent, good-faith communication before escalating matters to third parties. Brandshield’s failure to do so demonstrates a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Their tactics not only damage trust but also cause avoidable operational issues. I strongly urge Brandshield to reconsider its approach and adopt a more reasonable, dialogue-first process.

Brandshield constantly threatens artists on etsy and now ebay too. They've forced me to remove listings from both platforms even though what I make falls under parody and fair use. They claim to represent Konami but few other franchises attack artists like this. What they're doing is wrong and it affects my bottom line as a small company. They're bullies. I worry all the time that one of my popular products will get shut down again. Every time they strike my listings I can't fight back.

Brandshield has absolutely no law enforcement authority, yet acts as if it does. They make no effort to contact website owners first to verify facts or resolve concerns. Instead, they go straight to the domain registrar, causing unnecessary disruption and harm.

What’s worse is that many legitimate websites have been targeted and harassed by Brandshield without clear justification. This lack of transparency and due process creates serious problems for lawful businesses and site owners.

This is not how a responsible or credible organization should operate. Their actions undermine trust and cause avoidable damage. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with or relying on Brandshield.

We are just one of dozens who have been selling this product online in the UK for many years. We only purchase from the UK's legitimate distributor, and the distributor was also surprised at the email sent from Brandshield, and has been in touch with the actual Brand. In the future, I suggest that a much less confrontational and less aggressive email be sent by Brandshield while establishing facts and the actual legitimacy of the reseller. More than 90% of UK sales are likely via online sales, all buying and reselling legitimately. Attacks from Brandsheild of the nature of the email received affect how stockists perceive the Brand, and will only destroy the Brand's UK market.

They don’t use a .gov domain like real agencies do, and instead of working directly with website owners, they pressure registrars, which only creates unnecessary problems.

They never give up on you even when you fulfill their needs.

I have serious concerns about the authenticity of the reviews on this site. It is highly suspicious that from August 8th to September 2nd, there were no reviews, but suddenly, within the past two days, nine five-star reviews have appeared out of nowhere. This kind of activity strongly suggests that Brandshield is posting fake reviews to boost their ratings. It’s incredibly misleading to potential customers and a blatant violation of trust.
This dishonest review manipulation is shameful and deceives consumers who rely on genuine feedback. It’s important for businesses to maintain transparency, and this kind of behavior seriously infringes on customers' rights to make informed decisions.

‎We had fake Facebook and Instagram ads targeting our customers with counterfeit versions of our products. Within hours of onboarding BrandShield, they had flagged the ads and started the takedown process. We didn’t expect such a fast turnaround. It was a huge relief.

Brandshield is nothing but a nuisance. Their entire operation revolves around harassing registrars and leaving them negative reviews to intimidate them. Even if you fully comply with Brandshield’s demands, such as removing the product link they target, they won’t stop. Instead, they pressure the registrar to suspend your website, showing no regard for fair or reasonable resolution. Avoid dealing with Brandshield if you value a fair and respectful process.

Having a single platform that monitors social, domains, and marketplaces made all the difference.

AVOID PARTNERING WITH BRANDSHIELD! The way this company operates will harm your brand image. In fact, you can handle all the brand protection work on your own. There’s no need to waste money hiring companies like BRANDSHIELD.

You could have contacted me directly, but instead, you insisted on reaching out to the registrar. We are willing to cooperate and remove all the product links you requested, yet you insist that the registrar suspend my domain name. Your job is to remove the requested product links on behalf of your client, not to suspend domain name. Other similar companies only request the removal of product links, but you always take things to the extreme. Where is your professional ethics? Must you push people to the brink?

Uses poor AI and destroys innocent companies because they are incompetent and unwilling to admit they are wrong. For context, a game dev using the platform itch .io was distributing something brandshields AI demed illegal. usually they would approach the game dev and submit a takedown notice. However, instead they decided to attack the entire platform that the game was built on itch.io, which had nothing to do with the creation or distribution of the illegal software. Whats worse is they did this, not by asking itch to remove the page that infinged on its brand, but instead by threatening Itch.io's DNS provider with going to the registars. This forced the DNS provider to take down itch.io completely, impacting hundreds of small game devs who are innocent, as well as itch who immediately took down the infringing page.

This company is scum, and any service i see using it i will avoid, they should be ashamed. They even had the gaul to blame buggy AI. If the AI is buggy DO NOT USE IT, you cant play with peoples careers and livelyhoods with AI just to save a buck.
