I recently ordered a canvas backpack from Brandzook and the experience was a nightmare. Instead of the backpack I ordered, I received the wrong item. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact customer support, I received no response. There is no refund option available on their website, and the phone number provided is not reachable. I paid in advance and now I feel completely ripped off. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying anything from Brandzook. This company is unreliable and their customer service is non-existent.

Thus site is not trustworthy. They deliver wrong products and show something else in the site.

I saw an ad for the brandzook website on Instagram and decided to buy clothes and bags worth ₹7422. They required advance payment, which I made. However, when the shipment arrived, it contained nothing but newspaper. I have filed a written complaint with the police and urge everyone who has been cheated to email abuse(at the rate)spaceship(dot)com, as their website is hosted by this provider. Lets take these mofo scammers down

Taken money for a branded Dsquared shoe for Rs. 3699 and sent a cheap shoe with MRP printed as 249 on shoe itself.

Please don't buy anything from this website. It is 100% FRAUD. I ordered Hermes sandals but got third class quality cheap crocs. Wasted my 2700...m surely reporting them. Never buy from this. It's a scam

Fake company - Don’t even try ordering any product from them.. I paid 1200 Rs for 3 T-shirts, remaining amount COD. As I was quite sure something didn’t feel right. Product got delivered after 15 days & when I opened the product it was cheap quality T-shirts. Saved 2500 INR, but lost 1200. Their phone is not reachable, their email is fake. They don’t even respond on Whatsapp. U can receive call from them, but ur call will not go through. They need to be reported to cyber crime & these culprits should be brought to Justice so that no other people get cheated.

Horrible experience. After sending 100 options and personally talking on WhatsApp sent me a completely different product. Now no one is replying to my queries. 3000 wasted.

I am writing to bring to your attention a fraudulent website that has scammed me and many others out of our hard-earned money. The website in question is BRANDZOOK, which I came across through a Facebook advertisement that seemed genuine and promised big brand products at discounted prices.

After placing an order and paying an initial amount of 2000/-, the website failed to provide any tracking information despite numerous requests. It became clear to me and others that we had fallen victim to a scam.

I urge you to take immediate action against this website and its operators to prevent others from being duped in the same manner.

I am going to file a cybercrime complaint this is a fake website had taken 7600 rs for a very cheap quality bags that doest even resemble any of the products displayed on its website

Absolute fake website and fake products, I have made an order for 6 to 7 items and paid partial COD , it took 10 days for delivery, firstly they told 2 to 3 days on the website and later someone from WhatsApp will text us to pay the remaining for expediting the delivery, if you believe and pay them , it's a scam , howervr after delivery I opened the package when the delivery boy is around , I documented the opening of the package , the products are 3rd class plastic footwear and stupid shirts.

The product I received is completely different than what I ordered and the quality is really bad. I never shopped in this site and I am so shocked the way the product looks and how I got scammed from this site.
They provided an Email which is not a valid address and they are not responding via WhatsApp or Instagram.

Big time scam they are doing.. they are the cheaters after taking money they will not respond

Ordered a jacket.. was delivered a completely wrong product. Their email is not working and the WhatsApp number on the website is useless.. iv literally been defrauded for 4000 bucks .. have received a cheap jacket in 3XL which is useless and cant even give to anybody.. please avoid this website
