BIGGEST SCAM EVER.
ordered a jumpsuit that cost £40 for my birthday. it said it should arrive within 3-5 days. 2 weeks went by and nothing. i emailed and they kept saying ‘your order is being made’. they never sent it. i asked for a refund which they said they processed but they never did!!! literally robbed my money and left me struggling to get an outfit in time for my birthday. fraud

This company is a MASSIVE SCAM
Ordered an item from here more than 3 months ago. Emailed several times and was told that there are issues with the suppliers. The order has still not come and I have chased for a refund several times which I have not received.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

Ordered a dress and when it came, it looked nothing like the photo - the material of the dress was completely different. Tried to send it back and get a refund and the manager emailed me saying that I would have to pay costly expenses to send it back to China. If I would've sent it back, I would've actually only been refunded £2 of my money back as the delivery would cost £32!! Scam. Now I am stuck with a dress I won't wear and only got £5 of my money back. Do not order from here.

I ordered two dresses from here, I have received one. It took over a month to come and the quality is awful, so cheap and horrible material. The other dress I have never received, I have contacted them many times and never heard back. Disgusting customer care.

Do not order from here, the top i ordered looked completely different to the photo, so cheap looking and it took over 3 weeks to come! Awful, I would add photos if i could.

Quality is the worst I've ever seen. Don’t order!!!

package never arrived and didnt respond to emails or issue a refund, fake store and a scam, listen to the reviews!!

The worst company do not order from here! Delivery is now on the 4th week. Tracking doesn’t work and they have stopped replying to my emails!!

Shipping took over a month . Sent a completely different jacket to the one I’ve ordered and have now changed there website to brattydoll- please be safe of this scamming company I have yet to receive a refund from !!
