Great expérience at the Madrid Brava shop
The Madrid shop was attractive and the attendant very considerate with us.
The products are so well crafted, I love so many designs and colours ! And it's sustainable of course.
Icing on the cake : the shop soundtrack was dope 😁

Lovely well presented store with colourful and stylish clothes, which are well made and good material with prices that reflect it! The lady working there was really lovely and complimented me on my Spanish :) I love my Kodak socks!

Me esperaba la calidad de la ropa mejor
Me esperaba la calidad de la ropa mejor. La calidad es muy básica vs el coste. Tengo tres prendas de la marca. El pantalón lo compré el febrero del año pasado y ya ha perdido el color parcialmente, y el vestido comprado este verano y puesto en pocas ocasiones ya se ve algo deteriorado. La verdad que los diseños son buenos pero la ropa no tiene la calidad esperada.

Hola Mercedes, Gracias por compartir tu experiencia. Lamentamos saber que algunas de tus prendas no se han mantenido como esperabas. Todos nuestros productos están confeccionados con materiales sostenibles, los cuales requieren un cuidado más delicado y pueden presentar ligeros cambios naturales en color o textura con el tiempo. No obstante, estos no deberían ser drásticos ni fácilmente perceptibles.
Nos gustaría revisar tu caso más a fondo para entender qué pudo haber ocurrido. Por favor, envíanos una foto de las prendas a orders@bravafabrics.com
, y con gusto te ayudaremos, ofreciéndote una compensación si corresponde.
