My item was missing postal service said only a piece of plastic it wasn't royal mails fault a bravepaws spokeman said it had been packaged properly really the postal service wasn't impressed either will never use this company ever again they haven't let me know a update I'm going to ask the site to step in who have bravepaws on their site.cheap and unproffessional

Paid over £60 for crossfire bed bug treatment over 3 weeks ago,still no product,and no response to emails and website unavailable.Have you ever heard a more over the top reveiw of a bloody puppy potty!!!!!?

The company is a front for selling cheaply made Chinese products while advertising much better products.

I ordered two cat beds and when they arrived they were not the items that were on the website. Admittedly they were suspiciously cheap so I should have known.

They say they will offer a refund but only after costly returns of your items and I don’t expect you will ever receive the refund. It’s definitely not worth the hassle of sending it back.
Lesson learnt I guess!

Be warned it is a scam
