Their customer service is TOP NOTCH! I wanted to get the engagement band and later get the wedding band and they said it was no problem. They were so personable in their interactions with me as well as very prompt! They worked with me from start to finish. Their patience to answer my questions and in such a kind manner was definitely what made me choose them. I’ve never had customer service like this when ordering a product. And then the ring came and it was better than I expected. The clarity was just beautiful. They are family owned. I definitely recommend them!

I really wanted to love my experience with Braverman Jewelry. I had been looking forward to this purchase — I chose a beautiful 18K yellow gold setting they advertised as a wide band and paid in full, trusting their description and process.

But after I placed my order, they told me my center stone couldn’t be used unless I paid an additional $700–$800, essentially more than doubling the original price. This was never mentioned during the ordering process. Their first message made it sound like only a small adjustment fee might be needed — certainly not a complete redesign that would cost twice as much as I had already paid.

I felt misled and honestly quite disappointed. If a setting isn’t compatible with certain stone sizes, that should be made clear before someone completes checkout — not after taking payment. I trusted the listing and felt blindsided by this sudden upsell.

Yes, they did offer me a refund, and I appreciate that. But it doesn’t erase the emotional letdown or the feeling that I was baited with one price and then pushed toward a much higher one after the fact.

I hope Braverman will seriously reconsider how they communicate product limitations and pricing. What happened to me shouldn’t happen to anyone else.
