What I did not like was the fact the engineer who installed it didn't know what the extender was and just left it in the box and said that he knew nothing about it so left with an extension with no instructions I find this very poor service

Engineers were most helpful and courteous with me explained everything with pure ease

The service was delivered bang on time. Had great communications from them throughout the process. VERY happy with the price and speed of the fibre

Two guys came and got on with the work ,and we're polite and left the garden tidy.

The installer'sarrived on timecarried out the installation, outsid and inside neatly and without any fuss. Took about 90 minutes and broadband fully working before they left. Impressive.

Good communication throughout the VOIP phone issue. Internet as expected.

Switched over from Vodafone on cityfibre, using my own router. Vodafone kept changing disconnection dates but my calls to Brawband to change the switchover were fast and they were happy to accommodate. On the day, voda disconnected at midnight, when I got home I out my brawband username and password into my router and it connected.

Connection has been up 100% of the time, speeds are always 900mbit both ways. On the 'basic' 900mbit package they used CG-NAT which means you share an IP address with others but this hasn't affected anything. It just means my IP address says I am in Glasgow but fortunately I actually "pop out" onto the internet in Edinburgh.

Had a referal so first month and a half have been free, and £30pm for these speeds is better than the rest.

Real gaming broadband at a real price 👍

From my short-list of CityFibre ISP's (available in the Edinburgh area), Brawband were the best in terms of support, equipment offering and price and have continued to meet my expectations.

Pre-sales technical queries by phone or email were answered promptly and effectively. On the odd occasion their phone line was busy, I was called back within a few minutes (unprompted). The supplied router and mesh device were delivered well ahead of the installation date, and performance is good and stable. Router set-up is flexible and allowed me to reserve specific device IP Addresses and configure VoIP phone parameters to my requirements.

The CityFibre team arrived on time and the install was completed quickly and without fuss. An account discrepancy I had with the first month's invoice was quickly rectified by Brawband.

Much better speeds and all for more than half the price of my previous Virgin Media Broadband. Easy set up and has been stable since install 2 weeks ago. Also a nice earner for credit as I recommend this to all my family as it becomes available.
Their replies to my presale queries where all answered within an hour, I am still waiting for a reply from some of the alternatives. This is an easy recommendation.

Work carried out on time and engineers were very pleasant

Had the broadband put in for a few days now and it runs brilliantly. No issues whatsoever. The guys installed it on the date I was given and they were quick professional and very helpful. Fantastic service so far guys keep up the excellent work

I was charged for an installation visit that never happened I 3nstalled all myself

Although the guys were late getting started because of the previous job, they worked in the dark to achieve a successful outcome.

Great service

So far my experience hasn't been fantastic. I live in a small two bedroom bungalow, the router was positioned in the bedroom and the signal is fine, but the signal in the living room (next room across the hall) is very poor. We have had to move our printer into the bedroom and the TV in the living room has difficulty in connecting. Not ideal.
