I moved house so called brawband and in one day they had me online. Very fast and stable. Andrew at support was brilliant

Very easy process installation completed quickly and straightforward.
All working well so far!

After a few attempts at calling, I got through to Jay in customer services. Without any faff at all I was helped to change product, given precise information on next steps and timeframes and within a few minutes even had follow up information directly from them confirming everything.

Renewing literally couldn’t have been easier.

Connection of the Internet was efficient with very little disruption. The engineers were professional with no mess left.

From the start of placing my order through to completion, City Fibre and Brawband kept me updated and made me feel like they valued my custom. The connection is smooth and reliable, and fast in both directions. Happy customer.

Unable to create and login to my account to allow me to add the brawphone to my package. Contacted the help desk, who was very helpful, sorted my account creation issue. And started my phone migration to Brawphone.

Straight forward installation. I’ve moved properties, but I wanted to remain with Brawband. Absolutely flawless switch to the new property.

Easy plug and play system

Early days yet, but so far it's been a great experience. Great staff response to queries and great communication regarding installation and setup. Most importantly, I'm getting the internet service I signed up for at a great price, when compared to our previous supplier

Wish i could give 0 stars , stay away from this joke shop company, sub standard customer service, my package cuts out around 12 times every day for around 2 seconds, enough to cut off my streaming, my teams meetings , my mobile wifi calls and reset alarms, called up about this again today for the ignorant and arrogant customer service person (Jay) to talk over me , tell me not to speak to him like that , refuse to give me his name and then hang up on me, not slow at taking the £46 a month bill for their crap WIFI. Nothing but problems with BRAWBAND since the beginning , stay away from these amateurs and the over priced under performing wifi package

BrawBand provided a great service throughout my application and installation. I was able to phone or email Andrew who took a personal interest in getting me connected with full fibre. This was such a pleasant change from dealing with automated chats and voicemail which are now so common.

Brilliant service, Brilliant installation, speeds rarely 900Mbps but still much faster than what I had with BT and painless installation compared to the hassle proposed by plusnet! Website could be a bit better, but still very happy with Brawband.

We had several issues with our previous supplier( going out of business transferring customers to another company but not fully supporting so i was a month with no or little service)
That caused delays. I can only say the when I got in contact with Jay Kane from Brawband he totally owned the whole issue. He reported back to me with all the issues his end and he eased the transit to Brawband with advice and excellent support.
The service has been solid ever since.
But I have to say I am so delighted to have had such an excellent service from Jay Kane at Brawband. A great example of wonderful customer service and an excellent advocate for his company.

So far so good. It’s been a few weeks and everything has been great.

Transparent about the price. Living up to it's promise of internet speed. Proffesional installers. Very happy I moved from Virgin Media after 20+ years.
