We are a member of Corporations Canada and BC Online Registries. We have our own own lawyers, legal team and chartered accountants to offer and provide complete service packages which includes a Name Search services, Name reservation services, Corporation’s Name Approval, CRA Business Number Registration, Setting up corporate tax account, WorkSafe BC registration, payroll account set up, import-export account set up, corporate & business seals, domain name registration and share certificates. Our legal team prepares the article of incorporation (standard or customized), By-laws for corporations and non-profits, resolutions and minutes and all other legal documents for the corporation. Once all legal papers are prepared, we instantly register with the government corporate registry system and provide the incorporation and registration documents.

The information Gagan provided me was


The information Gagan provided me was so accurate and informative that it was a huge help. If other people were to use his services, it would significantly reduce the amount of time they would need to prepare for a new adventure. His information, communication style, and content were among the best I've ever received.

the whole process was long and extensive but easy if you just pay attention to the questions and make
sure you have all your information! The guy who helped me was very helpful and nice as well

Top tier service, top tier performance

I was helped by Jyoti and Gagan once again.

I had made an error with my first incorporation and had to unfortunately register for another one. I had paid for the express que for the first one but due to the strikes delay I was asking for reimbursement for the express que.

I did not pay for express que for the second registration in fear of delay.

However they kindly allowed me to apply this to my second corporate registration and processed it all within a few minutes.

This was a very kind and important gesture since I'm operating under a tight time line.

Top tier service, top tier performance. I'm a bone head for making the first mistake, but these guys are awesome.
