This store saved my life…or my proposal. I had an emergency sizing needed and he called right at opening….not one minute past 10:00 ….on the dot and I told him my situation and he told me to come in. When I got there I was greeted with respect and reassurance!. They sized my ring in record breaking time!. 💪. It was flawless and cleaned to perfection!. I will be repeating business here! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with quality and care! Highly recommend them to any and everyone! Thanks again for saving the day!.

I had the BEST experience buying a ring at Buchroeders last month. I came in not knowing what kind of ring I wanted (only that it needed 12 diamonds for sentimental reasons). Madisen could not have been more professional. She helped me try on several rings and showed me styles I didn’t even know I’d like but did! She spent so much time helping me and never made me feel rushed. I had gone to another local jeweler down the street just before and had a really negative experience. When I walked in the door at Buchroeders, I was feeling sort of defeated based on the experience I’d just had, but Madisen immediately made me feel welcome and excited to shop. Thank you!!!!! I’ll never go anywhere else!

The staff there is phenomenal! They always make us feel welcomed and valued and their prices are fair and transparent. I’ll choose Buchroeder’s every time!

My buying experience from Seth, John and Buchroeders was exceptional.

Seth and John were extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. The customer service that they provided was outstanding.

Seth sent me pictures of the Rolex that I was considering including both boxes, both hang tags, the Rolex warranty card, etc... so I knew that I was purchasing a complete set.

Seth spent the time talking with me until I felt that all of my questions had been answered.

The Rolex was shipped across country overnight and was well packaged.

John was outstanding in keeping me informed throughout the entire shipping process.

Every facet of the process was covered and I couldn't be happier with the experience and purchasing from Buchroeders.

Buchroeder’s has a customer for life! I took my engagement ring/band to them after a horrible experience with another jeweler who had caused my center stone to become loose. Not only did Buchroeder’s tighten my stone, but they fixed the horribly poor sautering job done by the previous jeweler, checked my other stones, and completely took care of my ring! FOR FREE! I left almost crying happy tears of joy and felt completely taken care of while I was there. THANK YOU to the staff who took care of my ring as if I had bought it there originally. I’ll be back in the future and send everyone I know there!

I called in a frenzy because I had an earring back stuck on my earring. It was Memorial Day weekend 2020 on Saturday 10 minutes before they close. I was told if I can get there they will stay open and get the earring back off. How many places would be so courteous and accommodating. Thank you for the great customer service and for your help, I am so appreciative.
