So happy with results
I hesitated for a while about purchasing a plan from Breakout Clips. The ready made videos are great, but I wanted something more custom. I'm so glad I went for it, as I've made a few custom clips and already I'm so happy with the results! These videos can be used for personalized custom greetings, as well as for businesses!

I’m writing this to warn others about my experience with Breakout Clips. I signed up and cancelled within a few hours because the program kept locking up and the videos it produced were completely unusable. Even though nothing worked properly, the system still deducted credits for those failed attempts.
When I reached out to support, they insisted the renders “worked” because their server logs showed something completed. That doesn’t match what actually happened on my screen, and the outputs were deleted immediately because they weren’t usable for anything.
What frustrated me even more was their demand for a screen recording before they would consider a full refund. I don’t have time to troubleshoot a program that failed right from the start, and I shouldn’t have to prove a malfunction when the product didn’t work as advertised.
They eventually issued a partial refund and called it a “goodwill gesture,” even though the service never functioned properly and I cancelled within hours.

We believe we handled this case fairly and refunded you 86% of your payment in accordance with the credits you used.
Here's what happened.
You purchased, created your videos, and asked for a full refund. Our terms don't cover refunds once videos have been rendered, but we made an exception. We replied the next morning and offered you a pro-rated refund with no conditions attached, along with a full refund if you could send us a quick screen recording of the lock-ups you described.

On the credits: credits are only ever deducted when a render completes. We have a record of every render on your account, and every one of them completed successfully. We also watched the finished videos before replying to you. They came out as expected, with no faults or errors. That's why we asked what specifically went wrong.
We never demanded or insisted on a screen recording. It was a request, made because no other users have reported any lock-up behaviour and we could not reproduce anything on our end. A short explanation or recording would have been enough for us to look into it, and if the issue was as immediate and repeatable as described, it would have taken a minute to capture.
The recording was never a hurdle to getting your money back. The pro-rated refund was already on the table unconditionally, and we repeated both offers across our replies:

Breakout clips generates awesome ads easily!
Breakout clips allows AI generated ads to be created very easily. The ads are very accurate and eye catching given the correct prompts. They even take an idea and help create a more detailed useful prompt. I have easily created 20 ads in 2 days to use for my business thanks to Breakout clips! 5 Stars!!
