Great customer support
Great customer support. I asked for a refund and I was issued that refund with no problem. I'm just taking a break right now from the platform but will definitely be back. No other platform compares. I highly recommend.

Shady subscription tactics
I created an account a year ago to test their services, and I didn't like it. I had no idea that they will charge me $39 for a subscription plan. I never used their service except for that testing day. I have been charged in total over $550 for a service I didn't know I was paying monthly. I need a refund

Breakout Clips からの回答
Hi there,
Thanks for your review, we appreciate all feedback.
We have reviewed this case, and we can see you signed up for our $39/month plan and you were a customer for 15 months (totalling the value you stated in your review).
In accordance with our terms of service, within 1 hour of receiving your ticket in our support desk, we replied to you with the following:
- We refunded your most recent charge (it was within our refund period).
- We ensured your subscription was cancelled so you would not be billed again going forward.
We offer a free plan, which allows you to play around inside the software, build your videos and browse all our features and animations for free. This experience helps you get a better feel of our service to decide if Breakout Clips is right for you.
When you're happy that you think it's right for your business - only then do we ask you to subscribe in order to download your video.
You state you had no idea we would charge you $39, however our checkout clearly states how much you will pay each month (and that it is a monthly subscription) and does not mention any trial period.
Here is proof of that in our checkout experience: https://cln.sh/sHLTcXFX
The button says "Subscribe", and the monthly price is clearly visible. We are explicitly clear in our messaging, and would disagree with your assessment of it being shady.
If you had messaged us anytime during your subscription, we would have happily cancelled it for you as we did for you in this instance.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope you have a great day further!

Amazing customer Sevice
Saw this on facebook, and thought i would like to give it a go.
The team were amazing catering for my specific needs. As i was new to this made a new starters error, which could have lost me one of my down loads, but again they sorted me out and put me a further down load on.
Along with this sent me relevant information.
Quick to reply to emails and extremely helpful. I would recommend this company if you too are thinking of giving Breakout Clips a go. Oh and the breakout clips themselves are fantastic.
