I absolutely LOVE Breanna and her program. This whole journey with her throughout the past 3 years have not been able to compare to any other transformation I have been through in my life. I went into this program depressed and on the brink of suici*e. My mom found Breanna’s program for me when I was at my lowest point and I gave it my all because I wanted to change my life around so badly. I have been through the worst bullying, family violence and overall so much trauma and I thought there was no bright light for me to ACTUALLY heal from all of that. Breanna completely changed my entire life, mindset and how I move through the world with now so much hope love and optimism! Not only have I benefited so greatly from this experience but I have also had the power and strength to help my own friend’s going through what I did before I started this journey. Breanna’s work REALLY works but only if you fully commit to all the healing practices she lays down without judgement for thinking it’s “silly” or “this wont change anything” , for example most of our negative mindsets actually stem from our egos and when I learned and accepted that, I became truly in control of how I react to every situation. I truly truly love Breanna and the all the girls I met through this program so much, if I could do it all over again I would 1000x over. I’m so grateful for you Breanna! You are a miracle of a person.

Words will never be able to describe just how grateful i am for Breanna and her program. I have struggled with my mental health for over 12 years and have tired about everything you can think of. I have tired different medications, neuro therapy, art therapy, exposure therapy, and so so much more. Before joining this program i was at my last resort and was going to join a mental health hospital day program, and then my mom found Breanna, and i thank God every day that she did. Breanna has taught me so much, and continues to teach me so much every day. I have learned more from her in the last few months, than i have learned in all my years of therapy. Breanna’s coaching is truly amazing and definitely better than any therapy could give you. She coaches you through becoming a new you, and she has shown me that there is a life for me that is worth living. Because trust me for the longest time i felt like giving up, i felt like i could disappear and no one would notice, but with Breanna’s program everything was different, i finally felt seen. I felt seen by not only Breanna, but by all the other girls in the program that have gone through, and are going through similar things i have. And i think that is what sets Breanna’s program on top, because you get too connect with other girls that are going through similar things you are. I no longer have to feel alone, because every week i get to connect with all these amazing girls. If you are thinking of joining Breannas program, please do it. You don’t have to live in your suffering anymore if you just try out this program. It’s truly life changing. Take it from me, the girl who has tried almost everything, and was about ready to give up on life, but a few moths ago God brought me to Breanna and her program. This program has shown me that life is bigger than our pain and suffering, and we can all choose to start living in the light that life offers. Thank you Breanna from the bottom of my heart.💕

Before this program, I was in a really bad place. The weekend before I met Breanna, my parents were ready to take me to the hospital. Just then, my parents found this program online and thought it was perfect for me. They told me to try it before I went to the hospital. I wasn’t convinced that this program would work and I lost all hope in getting better. I didn’t believe anything would work anymore. I didn’t have the desire to get better. Though, I still agreed to doing this program for my parents. I went in with no faith that it would work. After a few sessions it hadn’t clicked with me. I was a little confused by it at first, then one session it slowly started to click. It was like I felt a small spark in that session. I started to have hope again that I could finally get better. I started to want to get better for myself. Sessions in, I started to feel understood by these girls and Breanna. I started to connect with them. Each and every one of them had different stories and different reasons why they were in this program. We all saw each other grow in different ways and help each other feel good. In these sessions were the place where I felt most understood and important. It was like a safe space we could share anything in that session and it would stay there. Weeks and weeks in, I felt so much better and I grew mentally stronger and I had a more stronger and positive mindset than I did before this program. I felt happier and able to feel, allow, and control my emotions. This program really helped me so much and I still carry so many helpful skills that I still use in tough situations. I was very doubtful in the beginning this program wouldn’t work but now I’m thankful I gave it a try. I don’t know where I would be without it.

I genuinely don’t know where I would be if I didn’t take the leap and join this program. Learning from Breanna is actively changing not only the way I view myself, but the way I view the world around me too. I couldn’t recommend her guidance enough.

Breanna is genuinely one of the most caring, kind, and life changing councilors I have ever connected with! She is such a sweet person and her teaching is AMAZING! It changed not just my life but my family's life's too!

Breanna has truly changed my life for the better in so many ways. Her coaching skills are phenomenal. As a teenage girl who was struggling with anxiety and depression, breanna changed my perspective of what life could be. Breanna Kulwin literally saved my life in more way than one. She taught me new ways of moving past trauma that was living stagnant in my body for years. She does incredible work that allows girls to heal from things that hold them back from healing. She is kind and loving and gentle. She loves all her girls so fully and is on call on Voxer to help us LITERALLY ALL THE TIME. Breanna and her program are so genuinely amazing, and I could never begin to thank her enough for all her good.

I love this woman with all my heart! I aspire to be like her when I am older. She is such a wise and sweet life coach! She truly changed my life. She also gets me, she is respectful and she never makes me feel judged.I am a teenage girl and before I started Breanna’s coaching I questioned if I was worthy of anything. After I started this Breanna taught me ways to deal with my depression and anxiety. This program is also great for connecting to other girls who have been through the same things.

Breanna’s program was beyond helpful for me. I had been to counseling and therapy before, but it never really helped or changed anything. When I joined Breanna’s program, I had very low self confidence and I struggled with self love. I had dealt with childhood trauma that had felt suffocating and no matter what I tried, therapy, meds, etc, nothing ever stuck. In her program, I never felt judged or broken. They never made me feel like a problem that needed to be fixed, which is what I had heard from past therapists or counselors. I have rebuilt a relationship with myself, and found the confidence I need to move forward. I no longer put myself down or live in fear. I love myself and for the first time in a long time, I no longer wake up wishing I didn’t.

This program really changed my life for the better! When my mom and i were looking for programs that could potentially help me we came across Breanna’s and instantly i had a good feeling about this program. During my time here i have never felt more heard and accepting by the amazing coaches this program has and the time and effort they put into each client is amazing! This came at the perfect time for me and i wouldn’t be where and who i am today if it wasn’t for Breanna and her amazing team! I’m excited to keep using the practices and tips i was given, love and support this program so much and was an experience i will never forget!❤️

There are no words to express how grateful we are for Breanna and her team for changing our daughter's life in every possible way! We had tried everything we could think of to save our daughter from her darkest and scariest times that lasted years while our hearts were breaking daily watching her struggle and feeling helpless and hopeless, until we stumbled across a facebook post about Breanna's program. My Momma heart felt this was the program that could turn our daughter's life around, and man was I right!!! Our daughter made the most BEAUTIFUL transformation! She went from a girl just trying to survive and make it through each day to a vibrant young woman thriving in her life! She will be graduating from highschool with honors in a few short weeks, ready to take on her future full of ambition, hope, and true happiness, which seemed was never going to be possible before this program! I actually cannot even begin to express how much this program has completely changed my life. They definitely mean it when they say to put in the work, but if you do it truly makes a difference. I started this program completely hopeless. I didn’t think I was going to make it much longer, and I thought I’d be stuck forever. I hated everything about myself and was overall so negative. I remember my first session and I had already felt immensely happier like it was magic. Breanna is actually AMAZING like the healing practices she had me do truly helped so much. I finally can say that I love who I am and that I am confident being me!!!

Breanna and her team have helped my girl turn her life around, and now she's graduating high school, finishing her 5th college class in nursing, and dreams about her future - in the best ways possible. Thank you isn't enough for helping my baby girl, but I know for a fact this was all meant to be. From scrolling through Facebook in one of my darkest hours of not knowing how else to help my girl - as I had quite literally tried everything I could think of - to reaching out to Breanna re: her program in a blind leap of faith - to gaining Breanna and her team as my daughter's coaches - her life is drastically different/better! While I wish I had found Breanna's program sooner, I also believe everything works out for a reason. My daughter now knows how to practice self-love, and how to cope in a healthy way when she's struggling. Breanna is amazing and a life changer! My daughter had been to therapists before but she continued to struggle with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and self harm. She joined Breanna’s program 4 years ago and it transformed her life. She is still thriving today! Breanna doesn’t just deal with the symptoms. She helps the girls get to the root issue of their suffering and helps them to release the pain and heal. She also helps them to see a better future for themselves and how to move towards that goal. Breanna’s program was the best investment I ever made for my daughter! It was not only an investment in the present but for her future! I truly believe Breanna’s program changed the trajectory of my daughter’s life. I will forever be grateful we found this opportunity!

I’ve been with Breanna in this program close to a year now. I am currently in the grad program thankfully. I have learned so much more about myself in a myriad of ways just from Breannas amazing coaching skills. She manages to build personal relationships with all of the girls in her program, including me while still scheduling and planning our group sessions. I believe My mom found this through a post somewhere on social media and knew exactly that this is something that I would benefit from! At first, I wasn’t really interested because it felt like something extra on my already busy schedule. Now a year later, I’m looking forward to every call and keep up with her as well as my personal coach as much as possible. Breanna is nothing but open minded and truly finds the time for every single girl she coaches. I recommend this to anyone who feels like this is right for them or even those who don’t, you might just find yourself wondering how you got so lucky to find such a wonderful program:)
