Pessima esperienza d’acquisto! Non ho MAI ricevuto il mio ordine da ben 122 euro. Nessuna notizia. L’ordine è stato effettuato l’8 Marzo, ora siamo al 30 e non ho ricevuto alcuna notizia del mio pacco, che risulta in transito con correos es dal giorno 14 marzo… dopo, non ho avuto più notizie. Dopo aver sollecitato Nadia, mi ha semplicemente garantito al 100% che loro “ non sono truffatori”. Peccato tuttavia che io NON abbia il mio pacco in mano e soprattutto peccato che NON risponda più ai miei numerosi solleciti. Un pacco che avrebbe dovuto essere qui a casa mia in 3/5 giorni lavorativi. Segnalerò tutto alla polizia postale così da evitare che altre mamme vengano prese in giro così ma intanto mi resta l’amaro in bocca per essere stata presa in giro così.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order in September 2025 and the items never arrived. I have chased and chased and have been unable to get any response.
I have now read the reviews here on Trustpilot and feel stupid that I didn't read them before placing an order. I have lost over £80 and am sickened to think that they are behaving like this and getting away with it.

Très mauvaise expérience.

J’ai passé une commande sur ce site, mais le colis est arrivé avec beaucoup de retard. J’ai donc décidé de le renvoyer. Le retour a bien été réceptionné par l’entreprise il y a maintenant plus d’un mois.

Depuis, je n’ai toujours reçu aucun remboursement.

J’ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises, mais je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse. C’est très frustrant de devoir relancer sans cesse et de ne jamais avoir de retour.

Aujourd’hui, je me retrouve sans produit et sans remboursement. Je trouve ce manque de suivi et de communication très préoccupant pour une boutique en ligne.

J’espère que mon problème sera rapidement résolu, mais en attendant je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander ce site.

Set da 3 ordinato 9 gennaio. Mai arrivato. Mai risposto alle mail, fb o istagram. Su what’s app mi hanno risposto dicendo che c’è stato un problema con la spedizione dopo una settimana più nulla. Ora mi dice che il numero what’s app non esiste. Cercherò di chiedere un rimborso

Hice un pedido y hasta ahí todo mensajes y correos de que contactase con lo que necesitase, me llegó y quise hacer la devolución y ahí es donde empezaron los problemas, semanas sin responder para tramitar la devolución y una vez tramitada tardaron un mes en devolverme el dinero y porque pagué con paypal y se lo reclamé a través de ellos, son unos estafadores, no compeles nunca ahí. Los productos no son nada que no encuentres en cualquier otro sitio y de mejor calidad y más baratos.

È passato un mese. L ordine non arriva, non rispondono ne su whatsapp ne alle mail, ne su Instagram.

Hice una compra en Breccia (brecciaindust.com) el 1 de octubre. El pedido llegó incompleto y desde ese día no he recibido ninguna respuesta por parte de la empresa. He escrito por WhatsApp, por correo electrónico y mediante el formulario de contacto, y no contestan por ningún medio.
Al revisar otras opiniones, veo que hay muchos clientes en la misma situación, con problemas de entregas, devoluciones y falta total de atención.
Comparto mi experiencia para evitar que otras personas pasen por lo mismo. A día de hoy sigo sin el artículo faltante ni reembolso.

Servicio postventa malísimo, no tramitan devoluciones. Se quedan con el dinero. No contestan mails ni WhatsApp. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, otras marcas tienen los mismos productos con un mejor servicio y más económicos.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Breccia to think twice before placing an order. Months ago, I paid for baby clothes that were never delivered. Despite numerous polite attempts to contact them—by email, messages, and other channels—I have received no response whatsoever.

This is not just poor customer service; it feels like outright disregard for customers and basic honesty. Taking EUR 240 for products and then failing to deliver, while ignoring repeated requests for updates, is completely unacceptable.

Breccia has shown a shocking lack of accountability, transparency, and integrity. For a company selling products meant for babies and families, this behavior is especially appalling.

Unless they take immediate action to resolve this and demonstrate some responsibility, I would consider Breccia completely untrustworthy. No one should have to go through this experience, especially when buying items for their children.

Never received reply concerning return of my order. The products are also FILLED with perfume even though it’s for small kids!

Llamadas y correos! Menos mal que pagué con PayPal y ellos se hicieron cargo de todo!

I returned my purchase over a month ago and still haven’t received my money back. They don’t reply to my emails and don’t answer the phone. It’s almost 4000 DKK, and I have sent a copy of the postal delivery. It seems like a scam company – never buy from Breccia.

Everything except the fact that they have taken my money! I can only blame myself for checking out the reviews before I made the purchase!
Purchase made, confirmation... and then...nothing! Tried sending messages to customer service but no reply!

Pedido pagado el 17 de abril a 12 de mayo no tengo ninguna noticia de que me vaya a llegar ni contestación ninguna por parte de la empresa creo que es una estafa

Set nascita bellissimi e profumatissimi ma servizio clienti pessimo. Non rispondono mai, e attenzione ai tempi di spedizione che non sono di 3/5 giorni ma minimo 15 (dopo aver sollecitato più volte la consegna). Avevo richiesto il body a maniche corte e mi è arrivato a maniche lunghe, ho provato diverse volte a chiedere rimborso/reso ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Prodotti bellissimi, peccato per il resto…. Ne avrei comprati altri ma evito.

NO compren en esta tienda, es una estafa, no devuelven el dinero, llevo un mes esperando que me devuelvan mis casi 90€ de la compra. No responden a los emails, ni a los Whatsapp. He abierto reclamación por la OCU, a ver si así puede ser.
No publican las opiniones negativas en la web, solo las positivas, por eso me atreví a comprar en la web, tremendo error...

Le paquet a mis plus de temps que prévu mais est bien arrivé.
Les vêtements bébé sont adorables conforme au site.

Dopo più di un mese io sto ancora aspettando il mio ordine pagato 80€ e nessuno mi risponde a nessuna email e chiamata.. non so propio come fare! Non è giusto
