Incredibly poor customer service after product was damaged on arrival. Poor packaging and very poor Follow up.

I have purchased over £1000 from this company. There was some initial issues with the order due to product sizes on images.

There was quite a few emails exchanged. I did get a response back from all of my emails and it has now been sorted and the company has rectified any issues I had.

I especially like the foliage. Thank you for helping out the issues which was experienced.

I ordered a picture and coasters from brick and fox and could not be more furious. The picture was rolled up and bent into a circle and is creased and looks horrendous. The coaster are way too small a cup. All there pictures are complete misinformation. The fact that it took a month to come just add to the frustration. And on looking at the tracking details it all came from china not exactly known for there quality I will be requesting a refund as this stuff is completely useless.

I ordered candles from BRECK +FOX. Ordered #65353 battery operated candles but the picture on their website was deceiving. I may have misunderstood their description details but I ordered 4 4" and I only received 2 non timer candles. Im very disappointed and I won't EVER order from them again and I will reach out to them 😔

I really like the lamps that I got and when I ran into an issue, customer service was very helpful.

They claim to offer a discount in exchange for your email address (pretty standard practice right?) except it’s not a discount code. Instead you are redirected to their sales page.
Blatantly misguiding.
I was planning on purchasing some bowls, I’ll look elsewhere now.
Nice way to lose a customer in a few seconds

My lamp didn’t arrive. I chased the company and delivery agent with no effect. The company were not particularly helpful. After 3 weeks I was told by the delivery agent it was lost - I had to provide evidence to the company and eventually they conceded. I have twice asked for a refund and been told it was being processed but still no refund. It is more than 2 months since my order and I’m now having to raise a dispute with my credit card. Certainly not a happy customer!

I had two damaged items in the mail, and the customer service and communication with absolutely incredible. I received a full refund and the assistance regarding my purchase could've have been any quicker, easier or better. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with a recent order which was my fault (wrong email address) This was quickly and effeciently resolved and my order is on the way. I like their range of products and will cerrtainly use them again

Great items. Xmas gifts so haven’t used them yet, but look amazing. Well packed for shipping and communication for shipping was excellent.
