Ahh Bresbet why? Is it worth the terrible customer reviews /experience? No wins with this company and if you do they quickly grab it back and bring you down to zero. Sadly the reviews on here are correct. Avoid Bresbet or lose your money guys.

We're really sorry you've had a disappointing experience with us, that's genuinely not what we want for any of our customers.
We do need to be clear on something though, we don't have any way to 'grab' money back from anyone. Every bet you place is your choice, and in the casino the outcomes are determined by independently tested systems so we have no influence over when a player wins or loses.
We know it doesn't feel like it when you're on a losing streak, but plenty of our customers do win with us. Gambling by its nature means sometimes things go your way and sometimes they don't – neither of us knows the outcome ahead of time, and there are never any guarantees.

Thanks so much for giving us the chance to respond to this, as it’s something we need to be absolutely clear on. We don't and would never tinker with slot mechanics, we can't even if we wanted to. All our casino games are provided by licensed suppliers and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, which means if we interfered with how they work in any way, we'd lose our licence pretty sharpish. We have no control over who wins, when they win, or what happens on any individual spin – that's all down to the game mechanics themselves.
We completely understand that losing feels awful, and it's natural to look for reasons why it's happening. But the games work exactly as they're designed to, sometimes that can mean what feels like a long dry spells, sometimes it means big wins. That's just the nature of how slots operate across the entire industry, not just with us.

Been trying for 2 weeks to get my £10 o deposited back from them as they immediately suspended my account after I deposited and played 1 game! I have had to show ID, Payslips, bank statements, bank cards and much more which is completely excessive and time consuming! Don’t recommend signing up unless you want to spend the better part of a day trying to get any of your money back out.

Having joined BresBet two weeks ago, they have now suspended my account saying they want documents. Having just looked at the t and c it states you cannot make withdrawals until they have them, I have been making deposits and withdrawals since day one so why was I ALLOWED TO DO IT. Also they ask you to fill in a questionnaire asking for personal stuff which I did a week ago SO NO POINT IN FILLING IT OUT THE QUESTIONAIRE. ALSO EVERY HALF HOUR A MESSAGE IS SHOWN STATING YOU HAVE PLAYED FOR 30 MINUTES BUT THEY REMOVE ANY BETS YOU HAVE PUT ON, ANOTHER TIME A MESSAGE COMES UP SAYING CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ONCE AGAIN WILL REMOVE ANY BETS YOU HAVE IN PLACE AT THE TIME. SO IF LOOKING TO SIGN UP WITH THIS LITTLE KNOWN COMPANY REMEMBER THIS REVIEW, THEY WILL LET YOU LOSE BEFORE SUSPENDING YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE ASKING FOR ANY PROOF OF WHO YOU ARE. These checks are something we take very seriously. They’re time-consuming and expensive for us, but we do them because they protect players, not profits. It’s one of the key ways we make sure vulnerable players are kept safe.
There are times when people who’ve self-excluded, or are registered with GamStop, might try to open new accounts and we’ll always do everything we can to stop that from happening. ID checks help us make sure we know who’s playing with us.

Unfulfilled welcome bonus, no customer service

I always judge casino sites on their welcome offer and the experience of fulfilling it. Bresbet has a standard offer of 100 free spins when depositing and spending £10. I did the offer to the letter and did not receive any free spins. After contacting customer service, I was told to wait 48 hours. (Most sites don't have this nonsense and free spins appear not problem). After 48 hours there was no spins still and I contacted customer service again. Who responded to let me know they had forwarded this issue to the relevant people (they're not the relevant people themselves?). As expected at that point, I never heard back.

The welcome offer usually gives me a taste of the customer service, offers and withdrawal system for the company. I haven't managed to even test the withdrawal system as I'm not sinking anymore money into this company since they fallen at the first hurdle.

Stick to the more reputable and bigger companies guys.
