Attended the beer making day. Phil and Ally were excellent hosts making it an enjoyable experience. Very laid back and friendly. I would recommend anyone too attend these events. It opened my eyes to what making beer actually entails and to say that Phil enjoys his job is an understatement. Thanks again for an enjoyable day

My husband and I did the beer and cheese tasting experience yesterday and it was fantastic 🍻🍻 we enjoyed a welcome drink in the sunshine and then had a great time learning about everything that goes in to the brewing process. What a fabulous few hours! I ate more cheese yesterday than I've eaten in the last 5 years and it was all delicious. Not usually a beer drinker but I actually think I may have been converted 🥰 Owners, Ali and Phil, were absolutely lovely, so friendly and welcoming. Ali's knowledge of the scientific aspects of brewing was phenomenal and Phil's vast brewing experience make them the perfect hosts. We left feeling like we'd known them for years! We would highly recommend. Thanks again Ali and Phil - Kerri & Dave from Guisborough.

I had the opportunity to spend a few days at Brewlab for a masterclass, and it was an outstanding experience. It’s an amazing place to learn, experiment, and deepen your knowledge. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and passionate about what they do.
I would definitely recommend Brewlab to anyone interested in brewing or distilling, whether you’re just getting started or you’re an experienced professional looking to gain new insights and refine your skills.

5 star experience- learnt a lot about the brewing process and had a good laugh too. Customer service second to none, booking a brew day and looking forward to the open day in July.

This is our 2end visit to the brewlab. Again for the beer and cheese tasting. Again it was brilliant. If you are looking for an experience that's just abit different then book up here. Lots of lovely ales cheese and crackers whats not to love. The owners are great and we had a good laugh aswell as an insite into the brewing process. Would recommend

I bought the brewery experience as a Christmas present for my Uncle and a friend. They had a really enjoyable afternoon, met some great people and found the visit very informative. The bottles they bought before leaving have gone down very nicely! We would highly recommend others book this experience.

Purchased this for hubby and myself and I'm so pleased I did. What a great experience. Tried various beers and cheese. Fantastic few hours. And learnt alot. Would highly recommend. It's something different to do together so if you are looking for an idea for a treat book this. You won't regret it. Am already going to organise a few friends to go again.

The course is a great course for anyone looking to get a better in depth understanding of brewing, all aspects are covered in great detail, have left the course understand why and when things happen in the brewery. Would recommend the course

Having taken the 10 week course and learning from an experienced set of people in Brewlab has been extremely refreshing! Brewlab will help you every step of the way even until after the course is over and it is something which I really appreciate! They teach you everything you need to know fundamentally about brewing which gives you the confidence and knowledge needed to progress further as a brewer. Everyone here is extremely kind & helpful and will go out of their way to assist you which definitely exceeds expectations for any course you have ever come across!

I had one of my best experiences at Brewlab learning from knowledgable & experienced set of people and they are Brian, Keith, Alison, Julio, Piero, Graham & Dave. They teach you everything right from inception to actually making your own beer in a proffessional way. Every week you work on 25L brewkit, that simulates the working of the bigger kits. There is also a business & marketing module to get you starting your own micro brewery. Richard, the co-ordination Manager, is extremely kind & helpful to source ingedients required for the beers or anything at all, he gives you full service going out of his way. Sarah, Caroline, Laura, Suzanne provide the final touch. Thankyou Brewlab. I did not expect this outcome, definitely was more than my expectations. Love you all.

A wonderfully welcoming group of people. I received high quality instruction that has helped me get the experience I needed to start my career in the craft beer industry.

I made the 3 weeks course of practical brewing certificate. I came from Israel.
The experience was just brilliant!
Beside the high level of studying we also experienced a lot of practical brewing, both in house and in commercial breweries.
The staff made everything to fulfill our time with a lot of pleasure by taking us to trips or just meet in a bar for a beer.
Everything was well organized include a great accommodation.

I finished a 3 day brewery course and I can say that it is absolutely amazing course. I've got more information than I was hoping. All the lecturers were specialist in their field. If I pursue carrier in brewing Brewlab will be the place for me to go back to get more knowledge.

I have spent 10 weeks at Brewlab, The course was really good, not only about theory but also practical. All tutors are professional and friendly as also other people, met good people and had lot fun, definitely worth the time and money.
