+900e order to complete a collection with 7 kits, medium to big size.
Very poor packaging from brickshop resulting in damaged lego boxes at unpacking !
Customer Service offers an exchange after a return at my own cost, whereas the issue is due to their very poor packaging, why should I pay for this return ?! Customer Service keeps answering by copy pastes of the same answer, the discussion is impossible. Not customer oriented at all. Very bad experience.

È stata una bella sorpresa! Il sito è fatto bene, la spedizione è partita ed è stata consegnata nei tempi previsti.

La confezione originale LEGO era sistemata con cura in un pacco esterno.

Do not buy from this company they sell things that are poor quality, and refused to give me a refund for a backpack I bought my son that he started using in September 3 and a half months later the straps are broken and it's useless to me €72.16 down the drain. Save yourself the hassle and but from a local shop that has good customer service not like this crowd who won't respond to you when they get sent the evidence of faulty goods.

Brick shop are a fast and reliable online store selling hard to get Lego items , as soon as I paid for the item I got an email confirming the order and received it in a week , I always go to them when I’m ordering Lego technic for my son as they are always cheaper than other company’s even with the delivery charge included !!! I’d recommend them to anyone first class service .

Can’t believe the amazing service at this 1st class Lego stockist. At first I couldn’t believe that they had the product in stock. Once I’d made the payment I was emailed the progress of my transaction at every point. The goods were shipped and arrived promptly. I will definitely be using Brickshop.EU again. Thanks guys

Brickshop.eu is definitely the best online Lego store in Europe! I have tried a couple of other European online stores for Lego before and I only found this one out just recently, and it is certainly the best so far in terms of both service and pricing. Fast delivery as well.

Het is een oplichting bedrijf. Er worden Lego producten aan geboden die niet op voorraad zijn. Kunnen ook niet geleverd worden, maar je geld krijg je niet terug

Good supplier. Parcel has been shipped very quickly to France, in a well protected box. Shipper phones me before delivery, and finally easily picked up in a shop. I do not still open the Lego as this is a gift.
