I ordered a pair of trousers, which arrived the next day. Absolutely beautiful, but a TINY bit too big, so I looked to see if they had a smaller pair, but they'd sold out. As the trousers were so lovely and the sizing not that critical,I ordered a second pair, which they HAD in a smaller size, in another colour. A few days later, I logged on again, as I fancied a third pair, again in a different colour. The company now had a post Christmas sale on and the remaining trousers were much reduced, so I ordered. I received a phone call that evening to say they were only going to charge the sale price for BOTH the 2nd & 3rd pairs.The refund was almost immediate and both pairs arrived promptly. Really pleased with the trousers and the company.
