We had a completion statement from this company 8 days ago and we still don't have our money. We have called at least 8 times, to be told they would call back and nothing. No response to emails, even to their complaints department. If you need your money to pay off your mortgage, don't use them

Just dreadful. No communication, no response to queries, no way to contact them directly.
My solicitor and I have never spoken and due to errors they made, contracts are still not exchanged, although I was initially given a date of 4 weeks ago
I am spending so long on the phone trying to sort out paperwork that they should be organising, that I am considering sending them an invoice.
I have complained to the Law Society who recommended I sent Bridgeview an official letter of complaint but as yet, I have received no response
Wish I had read the reviews before employing them

After sending a completion statement which is considerably more than the amount that landed in my bank account, I still, after nearly 3 weeks, have yet to get a response. This lot are dreadful. They were Butterworths when I started with them.I wish I had never employed them.

These have rebranded and were originally Butterworths who have the worst of the worst reviews.
Bridgeview haven’t introduced themselves and said they are now called this, the person dealing with the sale hasn’t responded for two months. Bridgeview haven’t told us who has taken over the sale via auction which needs to complete in two working days timw
