I love my Bridgman outdoor suite
I love my Bridgman outdoor suite, the quality of the Kensington furniture is top notch, Bruno Harris the Bridgman team member we dealt with helped us choose the perfect garden furniture for us, he was extremely helpful and I have been impressed with the service I received, from ordering to delivery it was outstanding.

Excellent furniture and service

Great service and seamless experience all the way
Everything with Bridgman has been great... from the online endorsement (recommended by Claude LLM!) to the in store experience at the Walton store with Harry, to the delivery and the products themselves. Great service and seamless experience all the way. Not the cheapest, but I do think you often get what you pay for, and the quality and customer service is there to back up the price. We since found out a few friends of ours are long time customers and big fans too. Looking forward to enjoying our new furniture (when the rain finally stops for a while)

Excellent customer service
Harry was very helpful when we bought our furniture and we are very happy with the seats and table. When the parasol base was the wrong size for our seating it was replaced with the correct size without any difficulties and straight away.

Delighted with our garden furniture
I'm delighted with the garden set which has just arrived. It's stylish, superb quality and very comfortable. Bruno on the sales team was a real pleasure to deal with. He's not your typical sales person which I liked - he wasn't pushy and really took the time to help us pick out a set which would suit our needs and the needs hopefully of a future home. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous and just a great guy. I'd also commend Ali on the delivery team (and sorry to the other chap as I didn't catch your name). They were really respectful unpacking the furniture, taking great care in our garden.

An expensive product but worth it my mind. We bought an extra piece to add to our corner seating to enlarge it. It blends in perfectly even though the existing is 6 years old.

From start to finish, great service, great products, good value.
At the showroom Bruno Harris was attentive, patient, thoughtful and most helpful in moving our enquiries forward. He then followed up and found the solutions we sought and the earliest delivery for what we decided, with his help, to buy. The furniture was great as hoped, and even though small items were forgotten on the delivery day, the driver returned the next morning with everything. All-round seamless experience. Would recommend.
