Math was horrible, very impatient, no engaging. Didn’t think of inventive ways to engage or meet child at their level. English was not that bad but she needs to work on phonics and comprehension

All my two children teachers are very professionals, patient and dedicated to teach the children.

I had a good experience with this company. The tutors are professional and patient, and my child enjoys the lessons. The platform is easy to use, and communication is clear. I appreciate the flexibility with scheduling. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service.

The Tudor is great. Caleb really looks forward to the class. She makes things smooth for him and breaking this down so that he feels good working on the project

The tutors are really sweet and focus on the part I really don’t understand in school like how to do 8th grade math

The experience is great! The sessions are interactive and understandable. My daughter's math tutor Ms. Grace helped her out on understanding the concepts and she teaches well.

My granddaughter enjoys her maths study with Noel . He is an excellent teacher and teaches my granddaughter systematically. He has lot of patience to make the child understand the concepts. I am happy with Brighterly

It was great. I would like to continue with the program, but I have an expensive mortgage, medical, other bills to pay. They don't allow me to add more bills. I'm so sorry. You are teaching really well. My family appreciated it.

Support request: At the last session, I noticed that Madison was given a break to play her own games during her session. I do not want her to have any breaks during a 45 minutes session. I am paying for 45 minutes not 20 minutes sessions; if this happen again I will cancel my subscription. If a break is warranted to for any reason, I need to be made aware. Also, her progress is stagnant. I am thinking about cancelling.

I really liked the methodology and the individualized approach taken with each child. My child enjoyed it very much as well, though the price is a little on the high side for me.

The tutor assigned to my daughter made her feel at ease. She was very patient and kept encouraging her to believe in herself and her abilities. She discovered her strengths and shortcomings in the first 15 minutes of the lesson! She was just awesome.

Ms Sheena was amazing! My daughter really liked her for the demo class, sadly I’m realizing I was being a little delusional thinking I could afford to pay for these tutoring lessons 🥹 financially in the rocks right now. But once I have the stability again will definitely be investing in this
