A friendly and approachable demeanor
Brinna from Bright HR truly exceeded expectations during the onboarding training she conducted with us at Courage Support Services. Her patience and support were invaluable in helping me grasp the ins and outs of the Bright system, including how to report incidents and assign trainings to employees.
From the moment Brinna began the training, it was clear that she was not only knowledgeable about the Bright system, but also skilled in effectively communicating that knowledge. She took the time to explain each step clearly and answered all of my questions with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
One of the things that stood out to me was Brinna's ability to break down complex processes into manageable steps. She made sure I understood each concept before moving on, which helped me feel more confident in using the Bright system on my own.
Additionally, Brinna's professionalism was evident throughout the training. She maintained a formal tone while still being warm and encouraging, creating a comfortable learning environment for everyone involved.
Overall, Brinna's expertise and dedication made a significant impact on my understanding of the Bright system. I am grateful for her guidance and support during the training, and I feel much more prepared to navigate the system thanks to her thorough instruction.

Comprehensive System and Training
Had a great training session on the Bright HR and Bright Safe App and system today with Mahek.
This was incredibly informative, and easy to follow and navigate. Mahek was incredible to deal with and very thorough in the training provided. I left this session confident and impressed with the system and have was given a full tutorial with instructions on how to navigate both systems efficiently.
Highly recommend, not only is the platform one of the best I have used, the education and accessibility is easy and will assist the business moving forwards as we grow and develop our systems and streamlined processes.

The trainer Mahek was wonderful
Mahek ran me through the system and she was very well articulated and was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mahek is a quality team member and I would be happy to be trained by her or work with her at any time.

Micro businesses don't get help
This company does not believe micro businesses with one or 2 employees also deserve to have HR assistance to ensure the business is HR compliant. Don't recommend at all.

Great training experience with Mahek
Just had a wonderful BightHR software training with Mahek.
She gave me a call 1 day prior to explain what I needed to do which was helpful so I didn't get flustered on the day.
During our training, she explained things clearly which helped with ease of navigation. She's also patient in reiterating herself and in answering my questions.

Raz was personal, knowledgeable and quickly able to establish a rapport with me. Yes he was following his call scripting but his approach was genuine and felt authentic to his true personality. By doing his research prior to the call, and with some clarifying questions, he quickly understood the needs of our business, identified gaps and concerns and was helpful in his approach. It had me working with him, rather than resisting because it felt like just another pitch. Raz gave me a clear understanding of how the product could benefit our business and see the required improvements take shape.

Mahek explained how to use the system thoroughly and in a very friendly manner. It is a very user friendly system that will help us with our WHS side of the business. It is easy to report incidents
