Very easy to use platform that covers all my HR needs.

I had an informative call this morning with Sarah Yeates.
We went through all aspects of Bright HR system that related to us. Sarah was very helpful and patient with me and guided me through the system to get the information I needed.

Amy at BrightHR was amazing—she guided me through everything on our elearning onboarding and adding team members, she answered all my questions, and was professional yet easy to talk to. Much appreciated.

Aaron was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a comprehensive overview of all aspects of the Bright HR software, answered all my questions and made sure that I knew how to access further support if required. I'm confident that it will benefit the business.

I received training from Amy Byrne on Bright HR and Bright Safety, and the session was excellent. She explained everything clearly, was very knowledgeable, and made the systems easy to understand and use. The training was well-structured, engaging, and extremely helpful, and I now feel much more confident using both platforms.

It was very helpful to review the HR software again with Aaron, who was patient and thorough in responding to all my questions. I hadn’t been utilising the system as effectively as I should have, so going back into it I really needed a refresher. Aaron was able to clearly direct me to various aspects of the system that I hadn’t been aware of, which was extremely valuable. He was professional and knowledgeable and above all patient!

We are new to BrightHR and only learning about it. So far it has been a good experience as the team have been very supportive in helping us understand the system and get up and running. We will need to test it for a few months to give a more informed review, but for now it is very promising.

We had a introduction to Bright HR with Kevin Koomson he was extremely patient and professional. It is good to know that we can reach out to him as we navigate our way around the app.
