Bright Ivy are excellent. They responded to my query about a custom design engraved on acrylic as a present for my dad. They responded almost straight away, gave me a quote quickly, explained the process they use, and were able to help me out with a last minute time crunch. They were also very accomodating regarding delivery issues I have had and helped me in ensuring my present was delivered in the most efficient way possible. Overall great quality and great customer communication!

This company is fantastic. I stumbled across their ad on Facebook and engaged in making a photo block for my baby. I emailed them with some personalization questions and they got back to me right away and were very accommodating for a special request that I didn’t even end up needing or using. It arrived very quickly from England to USA and once it did it was better than I imagined. Highly recommend!

Brilliant product.
Fast turn around time.
Currently sitting pride of place in our living room.
Puts a smile on my face every time I walk in and see it.

Beautiful quality! Beyond anything I was expecting !!
Extremely fast process - am recommending this to everyone.

I couldn’t be happier with our Baby Tribute Photo Block from Bright Ivy. The quality is absolutely beautiful, and it’s such a special keepsake to remember such an important moment in our lives. The photo is crisp, the finish is flawless, and it feels really well made. It arrived well packaged and looked even better in person than I expected. It’s now proudly displayed in our home, and we can’t wait for people to see them! I would highly recommend Bright Ivy to anyone looking for a meaningful, high-quality personalised gift or keepsake.

I was looking for a display case for a coin I cherish deeply, and I am so thankful that I chose Bright Ivy! This display is now one of my favorite pieces in my collection. It was easy to customize, as they were very friendly and informative on what was needed. They didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had, and were very communicative. It arrived very quickly and was packaged with care; I would absolutely order from them again!

I contacted Bright Ivy for a bespoke order when we lost our family pet, Joel was extremely helpful from start to finish and created something perfect and exactly what I wanted, I cannot thank him enough for all his help, I would highly recommend this company, who went above and beyond to help, will definitely be using Bright Ivy in the future

I cannot say enough positive things about this product. It was exactly what I was looking for, in the size I needed, and I love that there was an option for a wooden base. I paired it with another acrylic stand and the end result came out even better than expected. The seller was spot on and understood my engraving request, it was shipped promptly, and packaged beautifully. Thank you for an amazing purchasing experience.

Excellent product combined with responsive and caring customer service. Very quick delivery - thank you

This company is so professional and efficient. I received a call about the photo I submitted and was able to send another that was reproducible. The product is perfect, beautifully made, arrived ahead of schedule was well-packed.
This memento for our granddaughter's college graduation will be much appreciated and cherished.
Great company, great service, great people!!!

I am beyond thrilled with this display case. The quality of the museum-grade acrylic is unparalleled—it’s crystal clear and makes the item inside truly pop. The high-gloss black base is sleek and mirrors the piece beautifully.

The laser engraving on the front panel was executed with incredible precision, following my 4 lines of text and specific punctuation exactly as requested. The custom HD background is vivid and professionally UV-printed, providing incredible depth. Also, the included 'secure cradle' holds the item steadily and centers it perfectly behind the engraving.

Excellent communication and craftsmanship from a top-tier Star Seller. The attention to detail is truly exceptional, and the final presentation is exactly what I envisioned. A perfect 5-star experience!

My coin display box is quite frankly the most beautiful thing I’ve ever purchased. It was way better than I even imagined! Easy to customise and arrived so quickly too. Thank you so much, I love it!
