I have ordered my compression socks from BrightLife for years. In the beginning, the ladies worked with me tirelessly to make sure I got exactly the right style, size, and fit I was expecting. Unfortunately, I had to return the socks as they were not wide enough. The replacement socks they sent fit well. Customer support handling the return was outstanding!!!

They also have a lot of selection if you want to try different brands.

I have always had a great experience ordering from BrightLife and I love the Alegro compression socks that I get I’ve been ordering from them for about 12 years. they’re always helpful if I have any questions. I’ve had to return some things in the past and they’ve also been very good with returns. I keep going back to them because they’re so friendly and I haven’t found any socks that I like better than the Allegro socks I get from them.

I like the company and when I’ve had to call for help ordering using rewards I received very good service. Their website is a little confusing if you’re using rewards. I like the compression socks because I can get 2XL Short.

My email regarding the flaw in one pair of the pantyhose I ordered was answered the same day. I was provided with all the information needed to return the product. A replacement pair of pantyhose was shipped to me within a few days. BrightLife handled my claim expeditiously and to my complete satisfaction.

My order was placed on January 20 for one item from their latest catalogue. As of today, January 28, I am still waiting for notification of despatch. Have ordered from this company several times and delivery was within a reasonable time. Their reply to my enquiry on Jan 23 was item was being prepared for postage which would then take approx. 10 days. As my address is 13 kms from warehouse it seems 10 days is rather a long time. Good service seems to be a thing of the past.

I felt fairly confident using the size chart online and when received the socks fit well and were very comfortable.

Ordered Exo Strong 20-30 knee high compression stockings. Delivery took a little longer as they were out of stock. They are gradient stocking and special made so i know are harder to keep in stock. I was made aware and given choice to cancel or wait for order. i waited and was kept informed of tracking. I have received the thigh high Exo stockings also previously. I cannot get these stockings anywhere else and these are the recommended stockings by my facility that treats lymphedema. The stockings are comfortable and keep my edema at the measured perimeters my legs should be at. Bright Life is very informative and excellent service.

It was easy to reorder a pair of compression socks I originally ordered four years ago! They even accommodate my extra wide calf. My order was sent out super fast, and I couldn't be happier.
