I keep going back to Safe Gas in Brighton & Hove.
This company can be trusted to provide a swift response & resolution to all my heating, plumbing & electrical problems. Without exception, their workforce has always been proficient, respectful & considerate in my home.

Excellent service, I asked plenty of questions upfront and was always answered promptly even though I had not yet committed to the service. Mark and team were very flexible to ensure my new gas range was installed successfully before Christmas ! Def recommend them.

We asked them to conduct an EICR, Gas survey and Plumbing survey for a property we were in the sales process for.

The price seemed reasonable, it was only a few days until an engineer could visit to conduct these and they even organised getting the keys off of the estate agent to gain access.

The report was really thorough and they also provided quotes for the repairs that would be required.

Annual boiler service organised with minimal fuss, attended as agreed and completed effectively. Best of all, it was the same price as last year! Highly recommend.

Came on time to appointment and carried out my gas boiler service as required. Clean and tidy work. Operative ran through the simple process of topping up my water pressure after I had bled the air out of a radiator. All good.

My boiler failed just before Easter, and they were able to on a public holiday do a thorough assessment of my boiler. Unfortunately it was in need of replacement. Knowing that I had no hot water, they prioritised my job and within one working day the installation team were on site and completed a full conversion/replacement to combi boiler. The work was done well, it was done fast and the price was competitive. Absolute life savers, would recommend!

The office was very helpful when I was running late and the boiler service was efficient and friendly. Brighton Plumbers are a good company.

The engineer that called to install valve was polite and explained the reason for the problem this was a follow up to another engineer calling to check why the boiler was not working .We were so pleased and surprised to receive the follow up within an hour to fix the problem .

All very quickly, efficiently and cheerfully carried out.
