Good company. Have used them for many years. Reasonable prices and do a good job.

Appointment made in a timely manner and updates about ETA was excellant.
On site during the survey, James was very respectful of our house and explained everything concisely.

End‑to‑end great service from start to finish on our replacement bathroom project. Tom and the team did a fantastic job – the standard of workmanship and professional finish were excellent. Initially, although we were offered to do the job, even came to make pricing assessment initially in the end we received the emailed "confirmation letter" surprisingly they were not interested because... 1) they don't operate in our area. which was NOT true, because they were spotted during the job on the near by road, and 2) the job is... to small. Why they had not inform us during the home visit, and what for they did estimation?

No hesitation recommending JLN. Easy booking and the engineer arrived on time and respected my property.
Took time to explain what I thought was a problem but turns out not to be. Boiler service carried out thoroughly and also very reasonably priced.

Very good quality work. Well organised from the point of coming to give quote and then ongoing communication. Plumber was very polite and neat when working. Very pleased with the result.

There seem to be so few heat pump specialists in our area the Midlands. We were recommended to JLN Plumbing & Heating by Mars and have been very impressed by all aspects of the process from the initial Heat Loss Survey carried out by Scott to the installation itself all went smoothly. We found that JLN use best practice in every area that we have read about Heat Pumps. We now have a warm home with plenty of hot water and no Buffer Tank even though we had microbore ! Well done JLN.
