Bright Path has been amazing! I received phone calls from several lenders within minutes of reaching out. The first lender I spoke with was knowledgeable & responsive and provided me with very competitive terms and a Preapproval letter to purchase a mixed use building in Cincinnati, OH. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I intend to use them again.

1 private lender reached out. Positive experience however I was under the impression I was dealing with the direct company not a referral service. Otherwise I'm on the right path.
