In early January/they told us they would proceed to do our 2023 taxes. They waited a month to tell us they won’t do them. Very unprofessional.

We apologize if this caused any inconvenience for the preparation of your 2023 tax returns, but we strive to be transparent about potential impacts on service times during this period.
Additionally, as outlined in our "How We Work" policy, which is available on our website, we assess all prospective clients to ensure a mutual fit. This process is essential to ensure we can meet your needs effectively prior to making a commitment to work.
Finally, while we understand your frustration, we did not make any commitment to preparing your 2023 tax return. This involves sharing a formal proposal for work. Integrity is important to us and in our dealings and would encourage honesty with those we work with as well.
We regret that this situation has left you feeling dissatisfied, and we apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience caused. If you have further concerns or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Brij values its clients. It develops and refines online strategies to save a client’s time and to simplify the preparation of cross border returns. However, the “secret sauce”for this client is the quality of the relationship I share with an exemplary Brij tax professional. Our joint cooperation begins with a virtual on boarding meeting and, it concludes only after we have jointly and, independently reviewed the final return(s). This thoroughness satisfies my own expectations and it confirms a return is correct and complete. This is the main reason I return to Brij year after year.
