Had a wonderful experience with Ahmed . I was late to the collection point due to train delays and he reassured me over the phone that he was going to wait for me. Collecting my belongings from storage was smooth and easy. I was feeling quite rattled and anxious by the process but he stayed calm. Would recommend this service again!
